Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3683 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect 30 each of waffles and licorice to complete level 3683 Candy Crush Saga.
Collecting the orders is not too much of a problem, clearing the bombs before they count down to zero is the problem.
The bombs are locked in licorice and marmalade so moves are very restricted at the start, you have to unlock and collect all the bombs before they count down.
Work close to the bottom of the board if you can at the start, this will hopefully give you some cascades which will help to unlock more bombs. Once the board is a bit more open you should be able to make colourbombs to help with the bombs.
Once the bombs are gone you will be able to concentrate on completing the orders, remember to get more licorice to drop you need to make a move that doesn't clear any. Waffles will drop whether you clear them or not so they shouldn't be too hard to collect.

After several attempts started with CB/wrap, finished with 16 moves to spare
I did not have the countdown bombs that Cookie told us about. Trying not to clear licorice every move is the hardest part. Do as Cookie says so it will make more licorice that you can then collect. You do have to make moves under the licorice dispenser to get it to drop.
Yay did it without boosters. Not bad. Wish more levels were possible without boosters.

I have a completely different board. No bombs. 28 moves to get down 2 cherries, 2 nuts, 61 jellies and licorice.
Same as above poster - once again, (I posted about another board, a few boards back) entirely different than what you are showing here. What's going on?

As seen in the video, it all about luck. Starting off being able to make a wrapped candy and lucky cascades is what you need to beat this level without boosters. Even with all of that luck, the final bomb was cleared before it counted down to 0. Frustrating that all of the levels lately either require you to use boosters or wait for that lucky board.

I think this is a case of lucky boards or if you have plenty of boosters, but I ran out and therefore I'm finding this difficult. I hate bombs anyway! Oh well back to the game.
Doesn't say this is hard but it flippen is their's loads of bombs plus not many moves on bombs come on candy crush give us a break 10 moves just looked but it goes to quick I'm so fed up
