Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3689 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to clear the two cake bombs and collect yellow candies and licorice.
You will get plenty of licorice to easily fill the order for that, but the yellow candies and cakes can be a bit more tricky. You won't get any yellow candies at all until the top cake is cleared as the lucky candies drop down from the top right once that cake is out of the way. The bottom cake is not so important for the yellows, but it has to be cleared to complete the level.
Making moves in the middle of the board will bring down the candies from the right side so this will help to clear the licorice from around the cake so that you can clear it. If you clear licorice in the middle part of the board it will prevent more from dropping from the right so you will be able to make matches beside the cake and hit it with combos.
Clear the licorice from around the bottom cake and you'll be able to hit it with combos from beside it on the main part of the board, as well as making matches and using the stripes from the dispenser at the top.
It is best if you can clear the top cake first, then you will get the lucky candies dropping onto the board. Clearing the second cake with lucky candies n the board is likely to give you all the yellows you need to complete the level.

I used full spaceship then 2cb together managed to clear top cake 1st then 2nd cake & all lucky candies fall. Game over took me 3 tries 😀
They have reduced the moves to 18. Impossible level without boosters. I don't have any boosters now. Need a lucky board posting for luck

Seriously, this level is a farce.. I have 18 moves while the videos have from 25 to 28 moves. Fed up with this two tier game. What do you expect us to do. We look foe tips in the video and get a totally different count level. Stick your game! I quit. Hope others do the same.
Will someone please tell me how we got this far. This whole game is soooooo fixed. I see it plain as the big ass nose on my face, but....yet.....here I am wasting my time. It USEto be FUN. But now, we are all addicted like a drug., and can’t STOP! And I never seen it so FIXED. It took brains and WAS a challenge. Now they JUST WANT MONEY. Isn’t it something hoW EVERYtime you have ONE more turn and it ALL FALLS into place!?!?!

I haven't said this in a long time but I'm crying bullshit on this level. I've started with boosters, even had 1 where I had a CB/WRAP, CB/STRIPE and followed with CB/CB and still was left with 1 piece on the top cake.
after 3 days the best I have got is 6 yellows left.
Posting for luck for a non spacw dash user!!! Still dont know how only some can get it, or how some can restart to set boosters up and not lose lives???
This game sucks!!!! Its rigged to take your money! That is all this game is good for! No skill! Luck only for the rest of the way! Do yourself a favor stop playing because this game because will just piss you off! You wont be able to pass until you give money or king decides to give a lucky board!

I've got 17 moves... can't get anywhere near after about 50 goes. Never gotten both cakes, cake destroys specials, combos don't seem to give rewards. Fuck you Cc

Only 17 moves now, absolutely impossible, tried loads of boosters! No skill needed, just wait for the lucky board from King!
