Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3690 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3690 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
The fishing floats along the middle of the board are the most important part of this level, they will give you the fish which will clear the licorice from below the ingredients so that they can drop out of the exits. For this reason you don't have to worry too much about the ingredients, just concentrate on clearing the licorice and hitting the floats as many times as possible, preferably with combos to get as many fish as possible.
You won't be able to destroy the spawners and you don't need to, if you keep making combos and hitting the floats any licorice spawned by them will be kept under control.

I noticed you need a lot of fish at once, otherwise, the lone fish will only hit a spawner. What’s up with that?

That is the way fish have always worked. If you hit the fish with one striped candy, you will get one fish. If you hit it with combos, you will get more fish.
I added the fish booster after the fish went after the spawners when there was still jelly
Used full spaceship then 2cb together also used fish that got last of the jelly 😀

Added fish booster but only targeted spawner, what’s the point then?
These fish shoulda stayed in skool. Was down to 1 jelly, hit the floats w/stripes 6 times. Not 1 fish went for last jelly. Ended up running out of moves. WTF?
I don't think this is actually possible, this game has become so frustrating, no matter what boosters you use nothing works..I seem to get less jelly when I use all the boosters including space dash...ugh!!!

Things just aren’t working. Fish aren’t clearing jelly and no combos seem to clear the jelly. Licorice blocks everything. Trying to be patient for “lucky board” but it’s running low.

Had one jelly and 5 moves. Fish kept hitting the spawned and never the lone jelly. Seems the only thing that would have worked was a hammer.

7 times 1 only needed 1 jelly to end the game in my last move. All 7 times i hit the “fish generator” and all 7 times the fish hit the spawner instead of the last jelly.

Another ridulous level it's about time King got these glitches sorted out. The fish only seem to be hitting the spawners and not the jelly which keep making to much liquorice which is impossible to clear. Need a lucky board soon or I'm out of here

There is no such thing as a lucky board There is only losing boards and when you have attempted enough to satisfy King they will give u a winning board That is a proven fact they give u a false sense of security by not labeling as hard these levels that they have slashed moves like this one moves slashed from 30 to 25 I guess they think their players stupid to thing oh gee this isn’t a hard level it’s not labeled hard so I guess it’s not even though I’ve failed 100 times to beat it HOW ASININE

Possibly more through luck than by good judgement I created two sprinkle bombs side by side and they did some excellent damage. Then managed to pick off the last few frosted squares with fish etc. Glad it’s behind me!

This game sucks!!!! Its rigged to take your money! That is all this game is good for! No skill! Luck only for the rest of the way! Do yourself a favor stop playing because this game because will just piss you off! You wont be able to pass until you give money or king decides to give a lucky board!

Horrible level
I start with 27 moves. Have been down to two jellies, left. Only have one hammer, so I haven't used it. The fish won't hit any empty jelly spaces. :(

Video shows 30 moves and 62 jellies 2 cherries to collect. My level is 12 moves to collect 88 jellies and 2 cherries, impossible another fixed level waiting for the rigged board!
