Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3699 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect the ingredients to complete level 3699 Candy Crush Saga.
The focus on this level is to collect the keys from the bottom left section. You can use a colourbomb if you can make one, but otherwise it is not hard to make stripes and wraps and use them to clear the licorice from around the keys.
The top left section is the "bottom" of the board, so any moves made there will create cascades and will also bring the ingredients to the exits once they are free to drop.

Double cb combo did the trick. Finished in two moves.

Double cb and 3 moves for me. Remember to make moves in top left section if you can and resulting cascades will help ingredients drop.
Any tips for the poor schmucks without gratuitous boosters?

You have 22 moves in your video, me, 18. Hardly a good idea for you to be giving tips with you having the advantage. This game is a complete waste of time.
My 3699 is with the spinners not the keys.
I don’t understand why the level I have is completely different from the level that the rest of you are playing!!!???! Why do they keep changing the game board? Not one month ago it was a completely different board. In January it was completely different again! Ugh! Very, very frustrating!!
My level is completely different to this. I have to collect four fruits, but the fourth fruit never drops?? Wtf?!

Wait, What?? Man, what is the secret here. I know or I should say I wish I was better at seeing moves before I move but I am not so good at that. I need a lucky board.
When i saw people were "posting for luck" i used every booster i had & passed it lol. If u dont have any-tough luck sucker!
