Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3808 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3808 is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have to score 300,000 points to complete the level.
You need a bit of luck to begin with as the moves are very restricted and the bombs count down while they are inaccessible.
The only way to get the score needed is by clearing the bombs using colourbombs, any other way of clearing them won't give the score needed.
You are likely to get shuffling to begin with as moves are limited, this can be helpful as it will help clear the first lot of bombs, but you don't want the middle section of the board to fill up with chocolate as this is where the bombs drop and without the bombs you won't get the score.

Cookie was right. I lost several lives. Finally got it wit a color bomb and wrap to start that got the initial bombs and chocolate. Was able to make another color bomb and match it to the timed bombs with most of same color. Then just plugged away till got enough points. Gruesome! Need a little luck, too.
Not so difficult, don't understand why it is labeled as super hard. The bombs are not the problem, they even count to 13 right now and if you didn't hit them, they were eaten by chocolate. But the main problem is to get this 300K points... I tried double CB and "get all bombs eaten by chocolate" etc and finally found out: the solution is via bombs and to hit ad many bombs as possible. So I first destroyed the chocolate in the little 3x3 field and then hit the bombs with combos. The rest of the field is not important. I finally had 455K without much effort...
3 CB match with bomb color candy coupled with a stripe/wrap to clear countdown bomb using a swap. Final score 430k.( ' ^ ')
The super hard level was the easiest for me so far.
Started with 3 CB.
swithched the first two with the blew and orange bombs (as it has 3 each to begin with) .
That gave me the required score after 2 moves.
I kept the third CB till I had 13 moves and started to clear the count down bombs.
Managed to form 3 more CB ended with 760K points.

No fair you get no points when hammering a bomb. Start with several CB and get score near winning point before chocolate covers bombs. Then let chocolate cover the rest of the bombs when you have your score.
I was lucky enough to have three colour bombs to start with, so my problem was that I managed to get the high score, but the bombs kept counting down to zero. What I finally discovered is that once you have the high score, it is useful to let the chocolate eat all the bombs so that they can’t get to zero.
Btw, I used all three colour bombs separately which gave a much better score than combining two together.

No way to get space dash or Mort on FB so no chance to win this one while on my PC. Will go play the other games today.
I started with two CBS and matched each with colored bombs. I got lucky and was able to match bombs as they fell. It tool a few lives; but definitely doable. Jersey girl.

Still getting nowhere, not even close. Had an hour free wrapped candies, totally useless. Had one colour bom left and combined it with the free wrapped candies. Hoped that that will do it. Well the chocolate did not cover the bomb so I could not finish the game, also completely useless.
In one game I had 3 color bombs, could use them all did not get higher as 15.000, useless to.
How in the world can we make it when you can't make it with so many boosters???

Didnt take long after reading the comments. It needs 3 colour bombs which hit the bombs. I started with 1 booster only and got a lucky board.
Started w a color bomb next to a blue - that eliminated the blue bombs and “usually” in the next move match another color to rid the chocolate - from there pretty much all luck - looked to create another color bomb to get to the score and used that on the bomb color that only had a few moves left - still had one more bomb to go off and thankfully got luck w that - Good luck!!

Anyhow slightly different tactic.
CB wrap combo. This got rid of a bit of the blockers etc...
Then worked hard on getting to the score.
Managed to avoid two bombs almost exploding and then slid through first time.
(I did hit it with space dash AND every booster I had too)

Nightmarishly Hard Level? It should be labeled Fuck You. You don't have a chance in Hell of beating this level. First off, you have get rid of that fucking double licorice in top middle. How? Easy. Just kill it with a stripe or a wrap in just the right place. Oh yeah, there are only 2 rows so you can't get a wrap. Fuck that idea. Yes, yes, yes, the old standby solution that all these cocksuckers relay to us poor shleps, just combine 2 colorbombs. Just where the fuck do you get all these colorbombs? I can start each game with one. WHat are the chances of creating another colorbomb right next to it, especially with only two rows to work with? Nightmarishly fucking boring level. On a positive note I am on level 3808 and have never won the jackpot on the wheel of fortune spin so I know I am due for that any day now.

Why do the developers think "nightmarishly hard" is fun? This only reinforces my resolution to not spend another cent on this game. Another issue - wheel spin - never got jackpot in three years! The wheel is set up to be equal odds, but....

Go to level 606 and play it 6 or seven times to collect maximum boosters which includes two colorbombs.

Jeez, it took me over a week to win the last level, now this. Time to build up boosters again.
Six color bombs in the game got me 90,000 points. Needed 250,000. I'm done.
Hav had two colour bombs together, still nowhere near it. I don’t think I have ever got to 100,000 points, let alone 250,000. About over this game...rarely play and hate it when I do.
Had a colour bomb, got it next to a wrap, exploded it, kept swapping bombs, still needed a hand switch, 5 extra moves and a hammer -seriously, is that fair? Losing interest fast!
This level is boring as there is no skill. I can’t even get close.
I cannot even come close to the score needed to pass this level. I rarely get enough strips in the right place to do any damage. I need a lucky board.
I'm back again asking for a lucky board. I must really be stupid because I cannot get anywhere near 300,000 points! I have been playing this game for over 4 years and have never been so long on a level without getting anywhere.

always listen to cookie.. no matter how many moves , because the highest points you can get is when you match a colorbomb with a candy that matches the color of a bomb.. not with a wrap .. not with another colorbomb. i started with one colorbomb and matched it with a blue and there were three blue bombs below. reset your board until you can set up a second colorbomb at the top. the second colorbomb was gold . i matched it with the gold bombs in the square and that gave me enough points to pass. good luck everyone

After several tries, I basically just worked in the 3x3 square with the bombs. Cleared the chocolate in the square and then mostly just matches of 3 bombs. I did have to buy 5 extra moves to get the last points but only needed 2 moves. I'm ok with that.
