Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3828 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3828 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have to collect yellow candies and licorice to complete the level.
The secret to clearing level 3828 is the top right section, forget about trying to clear the chocolate to begin with and try to make a colourbomb that will clear some candies in the top right. This will allow stripes and wraps to drop from the dispensers and these combos are what will clear the level for you.
If you are lucky the combos will begin to self destruct and clear all the orders for you, if not you should just keep switching the combos until you either run out of moves or complete the orders.
The strategy is fairly simple, but it doesn't always work out within the moves available.

Need better boards
This is a pure luck level no skill involved at all. The video shows an endless stream of stripes and wraps falling together. That just does not happen until you get that lucky board. Is this what this game is becoming? If so then I'm off mate to find something else to play!

I just started playing Clockmaster. It is one weird and addictive game. I have no idea what is going on or what the goals are but for a match 3 game, I feel my planning moves matter. Plus you can earn unlimited play, which is useful when waiting for a lucky board, yep still need a lucky board on hard levels, but I never use boosters, unless they magically appear !?!?
Yeah, Cookies video is a lucky board, but I cleared all the chocolate with 2 CBs and cleared a lot of orders in the bottom section, then my stripped + wrapped hit even more lucky candies or orders.

The designer for this entire episode should just quit for good.
Such a waste of time and depending on mere pure luck. Either you have a flow top right (video) or not (me). My flow ends latest after 3 combos. Then only a CB (or hammer) could help as otherwise this area is not reachable. For building a new CB too many moves are needed and therefore one runs finally out of moves. What a stupid and boring level :(
Even with full helmet (thanks to 3711), even with really good flow top right (at least 5 or 6 combos in a row) I failed now several times. Reason: flow stopped plus bad luck in the bottom right section and not getting the ingredients needed. This part of the field is restricted anyway and additionally either chocolate is still there and growing or liquorice blocking everything. "Play CC and relax" - Hahaha. I get SO aggressive when it's ONLY luck I need. Or I needed 15 moves more. Hate this level.
Miserable level. Just passed with a lucky board
Won WITHOUT boosters 🎉 the trick: reset until 3 candies with the same colors are in the top right section. Make one or 2 moves (preferably hit the bottom right section). With a little luck the 3 candies turn into the first combo for free. Had ca 6 combos in a row and could finally open the right bottom section fully. "Only" needed luck (and a view) for good combos (even if just normal 3 in a row often are fine if some liquorice is hit). Finished luckily with the last move.
These past episodes we seem to need boosters to start nearly every level.!!! ...posting for luck as using boosters to start this one but not getting anywhere

I appreciate the tips. Especially the one about level 3711. It is a good place to pick up Mort's Helmet. This level though has been impossible to pass even with boosters. Not even close to getting all the orders. Guess I'll keep playing for a lucky board. That seems to be the only way to pass. I am going to try the reset to get the three colors in the right top. Sounds like something I haven't tried yet.
I cannot get the specials to drop in the top right!! Not fair. There is no way to win if they don't continually keep coming down. I tried resetting to get three of same color and that did get the first special combo, but they wouldn't keep dropping.

So I finally beat this level. Pure luck. Finally the top right started dropping stripes and wraps. Ran out of moves and got lucky with the spin. 15+ moves. Good luck everyone. Jerseygirl

Thank you Esma8! I just passed without starting off with boosters (which seems to be necessary for these levels). I kept resetting my board until I got 3 of the same colors in the top right section. After that, the stripe/wrapped combos just kept coming! I finished with 4 moves left. Good luck everyone!

Where are all the wraps?
I finally had a Wrap drop from the dispenser on my very LAST move.
Obviously I fell a lot short of the required.

The combos do fall from the dispensers but not always next to each other in order to combine them

Crap episodes lately, pure garbage.
Try starting with CB with wrapped candy that matches at least one candy in the top right corner. Should release striped and wrapped which should get you started and then hopefully more cascades

After having abandoned the game for awhile, I came back and had another try. Even with boosters, I cannot get the the yellow candies till 22 or so.No board like cookie's. BORING and UNFAIR King. Ciao again. Will not
be back anytime soon.

After 3 years of playing its time to quit.....have spent a week on this level and have decided it’s totallu IMPOSSIBLE....can’t even get close......very boring!!!!!!
YES!!! I used a lollypop in the top right to make combo's. I did it 3 or 4 times and yess!!!
Emsa8, thank you for the tip about resetting to have 3 of the same color in the top right. I added a CB so when the combo wouldn’t form I used the CB to remove candies in the top right row. Took me 3 tries with that strategy and finally passed.
Absolutely correct. Don’t even bother starting this level unless you have 3 candies of the same color in the top right box. Reset, reset, reset!
IMPORTANT! I completed level 3828 today, finally, and played 3829 one time. However, now the game has reverted to 3828. What's the problem. I hope this one can be rectified without my having to get through 3828 again.

I finally won level 3827 with the lucky board, now it seems I'm going to have to wait for the lucky board on this one too. And now they offer a stupid discount when you win hard levels! What a joke! We should get free stuff for winning these idiotic levels!
