Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3869 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect 6 blockers to complete level 3869 Candy Crush Saga.
The main focus doesn't have to be on collecting the keys, but this will unlock the squares beside the blockers and the candies in them will drop next to the stripes, setting them off and clearing the marmalade or giving you fish. The fish will do most of the job for you. Before you get any fish you will have to clear the marmalade from under the floats as they won't give any fish with marmalade under them.
You don't need to clear the keys to complete the level, if you can hit the floats enough the fish will clear the blockers whether you have collected the keys or not.
There are very few moves so every one must count.

Thanks, Vivien, for that advice! Fortunately I was able to do it on my phone - though not on the pc.
For anonymous above, you need the spooky boosters and it's not available everywhere - which stinks. If you have a mobile device, try to play it on that but you do need to play a number of lower level games to accumulate the spooky dash boosters which gives you 2 color bombs, and try to start the game with one of your own if you have. That gives you a chance to get two bombs together....for now. Will stink if that goes away!

Hey, this is a totally sweet level and completely possible without booster. Just try to get as many keys as possible, this opens the vertical stripes which hit the floats and everything is fine. Needed 4 attempts and every time I improved a bit.
Start with side by side colour bombs, the rest plays itself.
why do i have a total different game ? , no keys and a lot of liquorice
I have a different game as well that is much harder... Ed a lucky board to pass...will have to wait until I get one :-(

Another dumb game where I have no control. I did hit enough fish to clear the blockers. When I had one blocker left, the fish didn't go to it so I could win, instead, it went to a random candy. They try so hard to get our money but I have plenty of time to wait for the lucky board.
CB and wrap did it in 3 moves.
No boosters left and no way to win for me I already asked for help or a lucky board - nothing came my way Im so frustrated is
