Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3880 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3880 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The ingredients are locked in licorice and surrounded by blockers and licorice so the only way to clear this level is by using combos.
To begin with there are not many choices of moves, but by playing carefully you should be able to open up the board in the first few moves. Once you have space to work you need to start looking for chances to make combos, especially colourbomb combos. Stripe/wrap combos are helpful but you will not clear the level unless you make at lease one colourbomb combo.
Don't worry about the ingredients, they will drop out of the exits as you clear the jelly.
You will not be able to clear all the jelly using matches of three or four, you will need colourbombs so don't bother to try to clear jelly by using normal matches, you need to look for combos and use them to clear the jelly.
The only time that normal matches are helpful is at the end when you only have one or two jellies left and you may then be able to clear them.

I seem to have found a glitch. I've finished twice, but it says I still have a cherry left. I don't. Of course, it doesn't produce another one. I have cleared all the jelly and all the fish, but it doesn't count one of them.
You need freaking lots of luck for this level
Wow, first level in a long time that I enjoyed playing. Only booster that I needed was a single hand switch at the end. Much better level than those "get those impossible 90 lemons in 5 moves".

I can get it down to one. Didn’t see it so....
I've been on this level for over a week now. This morning I cleared all the cherries, but the game still said I had one left so I couldn't win even though I cleared the last jelly with a hammer. Not fair at all. I'm ready to give up.
Okay, I've cleared this game twice, but the game still says I need one cherry. What do I do? I'm sick of this level.
I think you have to clear the cherries first, then the jelly. That is the only way I could make it work. Good luck.

So I finally got this the next day after posting here. No skill or technique involved. I was just able, thanks to those random free spins for boosters, to get to sprinkle balls next to each other. That cleared the problematic side areas and then it was fairly easy to get the rest of them. Hang in there!
