Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3900 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3900 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
You can forget about the ingredients as they will drop out of the exits when you have collected all the keys.
You need to make stripes and stripe/wrap combos as soon as you have cleared enough space and use them to collect the keys, the first 4 keys can also be cleared using colourbombs but the final one is yellow and needs to be hit with a stripe or wrap or any combo.
Once the keys are collected and all the ingredients are out of the exits you will be left with 2 sections of jelly without any candies in them so you will need to make lots of combos to clear this. Stripe/wrap combos are best for this and you can use the conveyor to get your combos into position. The conveyor takes the candies back to the top right from the bottom left so you can get combos into position this way. You can also drop candies through from the top right to the bottom left section through the portals by making moves in the bottom left section.

I felt a sense of accomplishment when I achieved this level woohoo! I even got it first try. However, I may sound like a broken record, What happened to the music?? I is not on any of my devices. I checked the star button and music button and yes the music is turned on. But no music plays :-( Its a tune I especially like; this tune its simple , relaxing but not boring. Any body have a clue what happened? I am aware many people turn the music off but I love the music.
Don't know what to tell you...I play on my iPad mini and still have the music.
Space dash plus fish booster did it for me
It's only on certain levels (dual that is, both jelly and fruit) that the music does not play. I have Windows 10 and android. Thanks people for commenting on this.

I got my music back about a week ago. Thanks, King. I wrote to King Care and they said no one else complained of lost music so I wrote back and asked them to check it themselves. Anyway, whatever happened the music returned on all of my devices. Yeaahh!

Just use all your boosters that you have spared. One try and go afterwar to the next level.

This level is terrible and my fish booster never gives me more than like 2 fish despite all the cascades. So frustrating! I definitely need a lucky board!

Waiting for lucky board! I’m out of boosters. Wish there was a way to get boosters easier without buying.
Not enough moves as usual. King please stop making CC if you are not going to be fair to all the players. Cookie usually gets more moves than provided to us. Just make CC history.

Wow....another terrible level. And almost no comments. Did everybody quit or just tired of posting about almost every level? Because cc isn't a game anymore the past 300/350 levels. You don't give players a break to just pass a couple of levels...noooo...you just keep going on designing impossible levels that you can only pass if you want to. So players have to try a 100 times or more. Come on king...make it fun again!!!!!
This is very hard can clear the keys most times but always to many times left and not enough moves. Definitely going to need a lucky board will give it a little time

The squares with no candy require multiple hits. I thought I was set with just a row of them in the bottom right and a horizontal stripe on the bottom left but when I set it off three remained mocking me.
Just can’t get all the squares clear. Help please

I need a lucky board
Assanine level yet again..not enough moves..jelly with no candies, locked in candy cane fences, almost impossible to get them all especially having to hit them twice. Sometimes can't even get all the keys..King you suck more every day...just not fun, this level gets really boring after 50 or 100 attempts.
