Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3916 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3916 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
First clear the chocolate from the middle section, there are 2 kinds of chocolate so it will grow very quickly if you let it.
Once the chocolate is gone you will be left with a frog which can be grown fairly easily and can be used to clear tricky jellies. Avoid placing the frog in the opening at the top of the main board section or it will block new candies from dropping through.
Once you have the chocolate out of the way start to look for colourbombs, this is the only way you will clear the jelly from the outside conveyor. You won't be able to clear the conveyor using normal combos as the licorice will block them, but colourbomb combos will do the job.
A colourbomb can be switched with any other special candy and you might need more than one to clear all the jelly, but if you are left with just a few jellies you may be able to clear them using the frog. Using colourbombs should grow the frog without you having to match it.
Be careful how you use the frog, if you place it on the conveyor the only way to grow it will be with colourbombs so make sure you won't need it again before you put it on the conveyor.

Cleared everything, still said I had one jelly to go. There weren't any. Wouldn't let me pass

Agree. Extremely boring. Either you need unbelievably much luck or start with CB+Wrap (wrap in color of candies in the upper corners) and win easily (maybe needing a hammer for one last jelly in the upper corner)

Boring...another level where you need a lucky board.
I don't know about anyone else, but the last six levels or so that have the frog, most of the time it doesn't work. You can "feed" it all day long and it doesn't open it's mouth or ever get ready to explode.

And the frog does not grow anymore when you start with a color bom. Waisted my free boosters.

I have not had a more difficult time getting through a level than I have with this one. Having advanced this far in the game I've certainly faced many seemingly impossible levels where I try time after time and can't even get close to clearing. But eventually, usually after a few days at the most, I get through it. I've been on this one for over a week now. Probably played the level over 100 times. I've gotten close to clearing it but I am no longer buying boosters, which I seem to need to get over the top on this one. Is this level possible without purchasing boosters? I'm beginning to wonder. This is the type of crap that frustrates me to no end about this game. King Games clearly has some masochists on their design team because this is a ridiculous exercise in futility. But King will never getting my money again precisely because of impossible levels like this one.

Just posted for luck on here & lo & behold I somehow got two color bombs side by side & also one of those confetti thingies appeared. Used that & the side by side color bombs & wipe it out ! Amazing!!!!!!

Terrible! Can't get close.
Stupid level. Can't make any combo's outside the conveyor and anything inside gets blocked by the licorice. Rarely if ever get a sprinkle... now just got to mindlessly and boringly play until I get extremely lucky... unless I just pull the plug

Where are all the colorbombs appearing to in the your game. I can’t even get one. So sick of this one sided game. All the levels are the same. You look at the videos and they seem so easy. You also have more moves. What a sham. And what’s with this verification. Another pain in the neck. Can’t even see the pics clearly.

After finishing level 3913...it took me almost 4 days...this one comes up. Used a cb...then a fish...but nothing. It's clearly that this level is impossible to pass...AGAIN...without king granting you a pass...pffff

Posting for luck. I managed to make a cb/wrap combo but it still didn’t clear enough. Reluctant to waste few boosters I have left.
Done it!! Started with CB & wrap/strip boost managed to mix CB/wrap then matched as many as I could. Filled frog twice and had to use a lollipop to get last one. Very nasty level and only managed with boosters. Done moving on!
If you have the boosters, use the 3 they allow you to. Fish, stripe/wrap, and colorbomb. Passed 1st try with these with moves left over.
Yes, I have used all 3 boosters as well but without a lucky board, nothing! Getting boooored king!

Many tries with no luck. Finally got a lucky board, was able to use frog 3 times. Didn't use beginning boosters, but did use a lolihammer to get rid of last jelly.
