Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3938 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3938 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. It is a dual task level, you have to collect three ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
There are many issues that make this level hard, one is the multi layer chocolate, another is the waffles that keep dropping and last but not least are the countdown bombs.
I found the bombs the things that ended my game more than anything else, I rarely got to the end of my moves before at least one of them counted down. The bombs tend to drop down the sides and become very difficult to clear so if you can clear them before they drop down the board you will have less trouble with them, however, try to clear them using combos rather than simple matches as you don't have many moves to spare.
You don't need to worry too much about the ingredients as there are plenty of exits and as long as you work on clearing the jelly the ingredients will be collected. They only appear one at a time so get them off the board as soon as possible.
The only way forward with level 3938 is with powerful combos, this becomes easier as you clear the chocolate and open up the board a little. If the chocolate starts to take over too much you won't have much chance of clearing the level so clear it as early as you can.
You need to make stripe/wrap combos and colourbomb combos and keep blasting away as much as you can.

UGH! Horrible level. Cannot be done without Space Dash and Hammers and Switches. I was getting close and my ingredient slipped all the way to the leftmost block. I didn't have a hand switch to move it back. Be prepared to be on this level for quite a few lives. Good Luck!
I got it on the first go with 15 moves left. I exploded a wrap near the chocolate and followed it with a CB combo. I added a fish which took care of the last 3 isolated jellies.

I have never posted unless I won & could share my game, but I need to vent.
I had a full space dash & was resetting the board until the 2 CB were side by side.
One time all the boosters were there & the next one, GONE! The “graphic” showed I should’ve had all the boosters.
This is not the 1st time this has happened. CC can not play fair. This is such BS! 🤯
And it’s not like I can earn the boosters again because the computer says I have them.

Dexter, that happened to me once. Turns out that the Space dash was over. A few minutes later it was changed to the “Witches Hat” I think if we had a full Hat, Bot or Space dash, it should carry over when the challenge is changed! Good luck!
Dexter ~~ This also happened to me, more than once. Grrrrr! The graphic showed that the space dash was FULL, but nothing was on the board. At some point the game reset itself, and I was able to build up my goodies again, but damn....

So you must add that you had started with a full booster bot or similar (otherwise no wrap or CB combo so soon in so few moves befor chocolate takes over) and knew in advance (without having ever played the level) you must add an additional booster (fish). So the strategy is "always play with fully loaded boosters and then show off how quick you managed it". *clap, clap*
Ps: Did it exactly your way (full bot + fish, start with a wrap on chocolate, then double CB) and finished with 4 moves left. So this way works at least.

This has proven to be a difficult level for me. I’ve played this board a few hundred times and Have only gotten close a few times! Not many lucky boards either! Really can’t have this constant negativity in my life 🤪😝😜
