Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3954 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3954 is an order level, you have to collect blockers, waffles and chocolate to complete the level.
The chocolate and blockers are all on the board at the start of the level, but you have to release the waffles by unlocking the chocolate in the middle of the board and clearing it so they can drop from the dispensers.
To begin with you don't have many choices of move and you need to clear some blockers to open up the board a little and get the candies dropping. Once you start to clear the blockers it gets easier to make special candies and combos so collecting the orders shouldn't be too hard.
I strongly suspect that this level will be made harder in the future as it is pretty easy at the time of writing with plenty of moves.

Impossible level. Very few moves. Need a lucky board posting for luck
Making the impossible possible is my middle name, done it 1st try with 16 moves left, wasted the check booster though. 2 cb combo and 2 cb/wrap did the trick ( ' , ')

The chocolate needed is NOT all on the board. You need 20 chocolates and there are only 19. I started with a CB combo and it cleared the board well, but then I got a notice: OOPS level failed. When it happened a second time, that is the only thing I could determine that caused it. So you need to let the chocolate grow one time, I guess.
OK, now I see when Cookie played the demo, she only needed to get 15 chocolates and they were all there. CC has changed it to needing to collect 20 chocolates, so we do need to let them grow before collecting.

being one short of a chocolate happened to me on another level recently. After spinning for extra moves and getting 15 extra moves I destroyed all the chocolate in the first of 15 moves... was I ever upset. was careful in this level to grow the chocolate. actually got this one first try

I started with 2 cbs and got “oops” out straight away, so still struggling with this one. We must be crazy to be still playing after all the changes......for the worst.
"Done it first try with 16 moves left "??? I only get 16 moves and am miles off getting the waffles. There are so many levels these days that are near impossible, many of which are allegedly not 'hard'. I need to give this game up.

Level has been made harder, less moves, more locked stuff. Collecting Chocolate no longer is a problem, but collecting waffles is a big one. So focus on the bottom to open the spenders for waffels as quick as possible and focus more or less solely on waffles. Of course with boosters it's much easier

cookie has 20 moves, 15 chocolates and 30 waffles, the rest of us 16 moves, 20 chocolates and 45 waffles. WOW That is insane mis representation of the game. Can't play fair? Stop putting out games King. Who do you think yOU ARE?
How do you get to this level and still not understand how this works? The rules to the level OFTEN change after the video clip is made. It’s not that “Cookie has...”, Cookie HAD... We all have the same now. Some get easier, some get harder. Don’t know if it’s better to get there early or not.
However, I do know THIS LEVEL BITES and I now HATE WAFFLES. What used to be a source of breakfast delight has become a symbol of misery. Closest I’ve come is 10 waffles left. I mean it takes a few moves to clear the locked chocolate below the waffle dispensers. I generally have 9-12 moves to get 45 waffles. How am I ever going to clear 4-5 waffles each move?!?!?
This is getting RIDICULOUS... I can't do this with 16 moves. I'm so close to quitting!
This level has been made a lot more difficult. It is close to impossible now with the insufficient number of moves.

I don't bother to watch Cookie's video. It's totally worthless when she has more moves and fewer things to clear than the rest of us. I love the comments though. Very helpful on most games. Quitting at 4000. I've wasted far too many hours on this. Tired of waiting on a lucky board on most games. It isn't much fun any more. Looking forward to getting things done!!

Getting closer to quitting time. Lately winning is based on luck rather than skill. Sometimes that is OK but I seem to be an unlucky person by nature.

Okay....this has to be an "easy"level...NOT. what's up king..getting frustrated your self by coming up with these levels. Another impossible level. Please please please make it FUN again or don't you know the meaning of that word anymore...I wonder what the starting point was of this game...i guess fun...but now it is all about making money....i really liked this game...but you certainly know how to discourage players
It’s not the lucky board you need, it’s the lucky free moves spin that lands on plus 15. After reading the comments, I got dealt a new game, ran out of moves, the win free moves was available and the rigged spinner stopped on plus 15. Only needed five of them to finish.

I wasn’t anywhere near playing without boosters. Then I used the check / tick ✅ booster game changer and passed on this try. It gave me extra waffles. I was also able to make a colourbomb once the screen opened up and match it to a wrap. Finished with 4 moves left.
After a week on the last level they give us this. Come on king!!##

I consider myself to be pretty patient but this one may just get me. SeemsKing is determined to use up any and all possible lives,boosters. and any other possible advantage one might have to weather the insanity of waiting for the LUCKY board on all the levels here lately This one may be the one that finally gets me to stop wasting my time on this foolishness. No skill or thought required at all anymore just luck and the willingness to wait weeks for that.

Absolutely agree with previous poster. Moves down to 15, impossible to complete. CC can kiss my butt if they think I'm going to fall prey to buying any of their boosters to make it out of this level or to possibly use all that I already have!

Well, I’ve wasted enough boosters to safely say that I’ ve had enough. Break time This is just too frustrating
How can I get 45 waffles in 15 moves you have to move the chocolate first which takes a few moves this is ridiculous give me more moves please candy crush or I'll quit cos I've had enough
