Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3963 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3963 is a multi task level, you have to collect blockers and licorice as well as clear all the jelly to complete the level.
Forget about the blockers and licorice, if you clear the jelly these will be collected anyway as you can't clear the jelly with blockers on top of it.
To begin with you don't have many moves to choose from, but you should try to get the candies cascading as quickly as possible by opening up the spaces between the locked licorice. Once you have candies dropping down the board look for chances to make wrapped candies, don't bother making colourbombs to begin with as they won't do much good unless you can switch them with a wrapped candy.
Wraps will unlock and clear the locked licorice which will restrict your moves and prevent you from getting good cascades going.
Once the board begins to open up you will get massive cascades which will do a lot of the clearing for you and it can be quite fun to watch.
By the time the board is more open you are likely to have very few moves left so you can't afford to waste them, look carefully at where the remaining jelly is and check that you have collected enough licorice too.
This is where colourbombs are more useful, once the blockers and licorice are out of the way a colourbomb may just be what you need to complete the level.

This appears to be as far as Cookie has gotten. Finished the first two episodes. Used a lot of boosters. The last episode will have to wait until after work tomorrow evening. I hope this doesn’t become the norm or I’m not sure how much longer I will continue with Candy Crush.
Absolutely no fun anymore! Frustration should be the name of the game. The King employees have a fun place to work but they seem to think that's where the fun should end.

Just wondering where are the guys who always boast finished all levels on 1st try ;)
Finished first time. Starting with 3 Cb’s and 3+ move. Finished with 10 mov left. Good luck!
I also had three CBs and used them on individual colors and wraps. A fish booster also helped.
I passed it on first try with Space dash: used 1st colourbomb to make more wraps(made sure the 2nd CB stayed on board next 2wrap), then used 2nd one to clear almost entire board. Finished with 17 moves to spare!
If possible start with CB/wrap combo, finished with 15 moves to spare
Done 1st time cb wrap to start then lucky board for once didn't have to use extra boosters 😀
16 moves to clear 75 jellies, blockers and licorice. Impossible and ridiculous level if you have no bot or didi or whatever.
Finished with 11 moves left. Started with 2CB together and got masses of cascades. Used he fish as well. A CB former when I had one jelly left, and bang, it was done! Good luck everyone
Get cascades = "wait for the board to play itself". Not fun IMO. I'm more likely to get "No more switches, shuffling..." Also; obviously starting with boosters will help, and double CB is usually a fail-safe strategy, but I'm all out. And as usual moves reduced to 16. Enjoy buying your boosters, suckers.

I have been playing this level for awhile now and it is obvious you need a lucky board....as it stands, I would need about 20 more moves to move on...ridiculous!
This is so unfair. People saying used 3 colour bombs and 17 moves to spare. Those of us catching up only have 16 moves which run out before you even get going. Needs more moves and a lucky board please.
I dont mind a challenge but this is ridiculous. I will step back for a while and see if this changes. A complete waste of time as it is

Impossible with no SD and so few moves. 16 moves to collect 72 jellies, 32 blockers and 25 licorice. After eventually having a half decent game I'm left with 44, 7, and 6.

I had a beanstalk color bomb for an hour. Went back two levels and cleared 3961. Then cleared 3962 in one try by resetting until I had my 2 color bombs side by side which I combined first. Then I tried 3963 again, but resetting until I had color bombs side by side and combined them first. And I'm sure I still got lucky, but I cleared the level with one move to spare. It was a painful process, but better than trying the level over and over in futility.
Oh, and the reason I went back levels was for the stocking stuffers. So I had the color bomb and a stripped and wrapped candy for my successful attempt.
Didn’t they realize adding the waffles stopped these glorious cascades that are so fun to watch? There’s no way to pick up that many items in so few moves w/o cascades. I can hardly make a move, let alone start a cascade. Talk about irony, I live in Oregon. I’m surrounded by Cascades, taunting me.

I came on here to bitch about this stupid level and how I hand't even got close to finishing it and as I the page was loading I completed it...no boosters, but with 5 extra moves. I know this page is not run by CC, but somehow, coming here works...

I can’t believe it but I passed first time! It was a nail bitter! Finished on last move. Started with 2 color bombs, at the end made another CB and wrap. Won and so glad to be done! Thanks for all the tips they really do help! I just wish king would understand they are losing too many incredible players! Keep on crushing.
Started with no boosters as didn’t want to waste any. Once you concentrate on only getting the jelly by making special candies the rest sorts itself. I had one move left and 3 jelly left. A hand switch took care of two and had a move to match the last one getting super sugar crush.
I’m finding a lot of the older comments useless now you cannot play old levels for space dash and cannot reset to get candies next to each other whether you use airplane mode or not. Comments like this are making the game harder unfortunately.
