Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3962 Candy Crush Saga by Cookie
Level 3961 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You really need some powerful combos to have any chance of passing this level and I'm not sure if it is possible without boosters. First clear the marmalade to open up the board and then look for chances to make colourbombs, they are not a lot of help alone, but if you can switch them with wraps or stripes they will be a lot more useful.
Once the licorice at each side is cleared the chocolate will begin to spread so you need to get it cleared and this is where your colourbomb combos come in, if the chocolate starts to take over you will struggle to make good moves and there is jelly under the chocolate so it has to be cleared anyway.
If you can manage to switch two colourbombs together it will go a long way to getting the chocolate and licorice cleared so you can see what needs to be done.

I have not managed to clear this level without boosters and the only videos available are made using boosters. The video below by Johnny Crush is made using a colourbomb and a stripe/ wrap boosters. It starts with 20 moves but is completed in the 18 now available.

Double jelly under every single blocker & chocolate multiplies ! In 18 moves ! You’re having a laugh King & not even classified as nightmarishly hard ! Could be the end for me ! Clearly want you to start spending !
Posting for luck because I have depleted my boosters and haven’t even come close. I’ve gone to level one and built up the boosters several times and still can’t win! What the heck, I can’t see how I’ll pass this one.
I am so tired of playing these games over and over, this is the first time I really feel like quitting. It’s boring if you have to play each game 100 times to win. Boosters don’t even help, all I do is lose them all. At the very least give us more moves with each game or I’m done.
Agree.. been stuck on this for 5 days now & losing the will .. even starting with full boosters isn’t a help .. tried every combo but still nowhere near .. got down to 5 at best but they were covered in 2 or 3 layers of chocolate!
Still looking for better algorithms. C'mon King, there's no pleasure in levels like this one.

I have 2 kids in college and live on Long Island, NY where the cost of living is exorbitant. BOth my husband and I work 3 jobs, not kidding. I play cc for fun but for the past 6 months, I wouldn't call it fun at all. I will not and can not pay for boosters. You are alienating your core players. That is not wise.
Are you just trying to get us all to play on our phones because that is where the advertising comes in? For those of us with serious visual issues, this smacks of somewhat discriminatory. I truly hope you will consider all these issues.
beautiful mistake: after using 2 hammers and 2 switches I had 4 hammers left and a switch just enough to clear the jelly. I should have used the hammers first then the switch. Instead I used the switch and made a MOVE!!! the wheel gave me 15 extra moves!!! Used 10 of them got those jellies etc and guess what I STILL have my 4 hammers all because of a mistake I made. :-|)

Double DB to start with fish booster. Fish with wrap took out the chocolate. Fish with stripe took out final jelly.
I will play until I have lost my boosters and then good bye King. But for all games. King can not get angry me. I take it easy.

Started with double cherry bomb and fish and wraps and stripes but even all this still left me with four squares to smash, not fun any more, I don't see how anyone can pass this level with or without boosters, I have lots of boosters but nothing seems to make a difference, I keep trying starting with all the boosters and still no luck, think this might be my nemesis, think I might be done, it's not fun and doesn't take my stress away.....makes it worse! Was on this for days as the board has lots more blockers down the middle than the video, was able to start with wrap/wrap, needed 2 hands and 2 hammers to happily finish!
I guess when even Ms Cookie can't win without boosters I should surmise that I won't be able to either. Another time that I am posting in hopes of a lucky board.
Done time albeit using sd & buying lollipops as only needed to clear 2 jellies another horrible level ðŸ˜
And again: an insane developper created another impossible level. No fun but only irritation. King fire these awful developpers.

I don’t mind paying for an extra moves or some boosters at the end if I was really close to win. But these past few levels are ridiculously hard that I have to start with full boosters. So when I win, it doesn’t feel like I won because I start with full boosters:(
This level is impossible. What makes it worse I have to keep going to Level 606 every single time after I play this level if I wanna t the space ship. Quite annoying. I have never said I am ready to quit before, but I think Candy Crush is forcing me to. Candy Crush we do have lives other than playing this game that is not enjoyable any longer. I always post posting for luck, this I need more than luck for this level.
I feel like I am just moving from one impossible level to the next. Every level seems to be really hard therefore I have used all my boosters. As some in the recent past I have been on this level for days. Need more moves! Come on King loosen up a bit and make Candy Crush fun again!
I start with full loaded ship, play, lose, going back to level 1 or 606, get another full loaded ship, back to the level, play then lose.

Qi don’t know why but I started with full bot and fish. Made a color bomb/wrap which blew up a lot and then got a few more good combos . Fish took last jelly. Finished second try so it can be done
Impossible without at least part of bot plus boosters and possibly extra moves at the end. Impossible.
Go to 3711 instead of 606. Easy to pass and much closer.

Thank you, I see it exactly like you... I have and would pay a bit to support King earning another Mio. per day - as long as it is entertaining, it's OK and much cheaper than eg a basketball ticket. BUT when I do think, even buying doesn't bring the solution for sure, but only by 20 percent or less, I will rather quit (or play slowly from time to time waiting for the lucky board) instead of spending. Or feel like an idiot going back playing old levels for boosters and not really feel like winning in my own as anonymous described. Which means, King: If you push it too hard with ridiculously hard/almost impossible levels, I guess you will rather lose paying players instead of winning them....
That's true, still you need much more moves for 3711 instead of 606 (die 606 only 2 moves). I do 3711, if I go for half a bot (often one CB, wrap/stripe and 3 moves more is enough to win) and 606 when I eg need a double CB

I usually try to complete without boosters but I got bored, so I used the only boosters I had - fish and stripe/wrap. Finished on the last move. Phew...onward...

The need to re-categorize levels in how crappy they are and not how hard. From a lot of the posts King are losing a lot of players quickly

My 3961 is completely different and impossible. There isn’t a site showing it completed anywhere. I fear I’m at the end of my journey.
