Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3966 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3966 is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
This is a multi task level, you have to clear all the jelly, collect 12 licorice and clear the two spawners to complete the level.
The main thing to remember is not to clear the spawners too early because they will give you the licorice you need. You can hit them a few times as long as you remember how many times they have been hit so that you save the final hit for after there is enough licorice on the board to complete the orders.
The spawners need to be hit 5 times each, so if you avoid hitting them altogether you will struggle to clear them at the end of the game, much better to hit them 3 or 4 times as soon as possible then avoid them until you have the licorice, then blast them away!
All this time you will of course be clearing the jelly so that once the licorice and spawners are collected you should have completed the game.

I tried using hammers to clear the spawner but didn't work. I think I used 3 thinking I had already hit it a few times so figured they didn't work on spawners. Probably should have used one more as I'm still stuck here. Barb

I have paid for extra moves quiet often as a way to win. Since you chose to make the games so hard and no fun, I will no longer pay anything. You may be generating revenue in the short term but will no longer get a dime from me unless you make the games realistic. Your call
Did not have space dash, but had bonus CB and added a fish booster. The first try, I hit one spawner too soon. Second try, got a lucky board and needed just two hammers to get the final spawner which also got the last two licorice. The fish was a big help!
Bye bye King! Thought i could make it to 4000 and quit, but I'm done.
And I will not be playing any other King games.
After numerous tries w/o boosters, got the lucky board like the video, CB/wrap was the key, 2 moves to spare, had to remember to let the licorice grow before using the combo!
There is a serious malfunction in phase 3966, twice almost finished board, the first time I paid 10 bullion to continue, and he threw me to the start !! A second time exactly the same thing. I bought this gold from the pig with my money! And Candy Crash made me lose 20 gold bars in vain! I demand that you return the gold bullion I bought back

After 200 plus tries of my suiside like mission without any boosters, I finally beat the beast! Levels been so hard past episodes, I pretty much used up my boosters and was too tired of going back to level 1 or 606 for ship. So i’ve been playing without ANY boosters. Feel so good to be done!
And the Dainty Bundle I sometimes purchase has gotten more expensive.
Deleted candy crush and all other king games. Very pleasant feeling.
Probably you will hate me, but I liked this level as it was fun (at least for me). It is possible completely without boosters. OK, first try was with full boosters and I though "how easy" as both spawners were gone and I had 17 moves left - and then the "uups" came (or in German it's "hoppla") - and I failed as I destroyed the spawners too early and 4 liquorice were missing (didn't read the advice of Cookie in advance and oversaw the order). Played maybe 20 times and liked it, as this level is fun because many combos and cascades are possible. First opened the board a bit, then concentrated on combos hitting the spawners, always having an eye on the liquorice. The spawners are spawning not very much liquorice, so you can make combos easily, also CBs are possible quite often to combine them to a CB stripe combo. The main problem is the spawner in the right top corner. I never used a hammer on it (due to the fact I didn't have one 😉). I must tell you, there was a glitch in the end... I had only this one spawner left and with the last move many cascades, but the spawner did definitely NOT explode... but it counted as exploded resp that I fulfilled all tasks and I won the game.

Yeah, hating this level a lot. Down to only needing 1 spawner almost every time but can’t get that top right one for some reason. Had 2 wraps explode next to it (4 hits total) so figured 1 of my last 2 hammers would do it. Nope. Used both, 6 hits total and it didn’t explode. Grrr!
Well been on this game for two weeks used all boosters but no luck. One more day then this game is binned. I’m sure I can find something better to use the time. Bye bye king, I’d like to say nice knowing you , but just lately it’s not...

What are order targets? I’ve never heard of them before. Twice I almost won but they halted my game and said I did not have enough order targets? Help please.
I’m about ready to leave for awhile...a level like this makes me crazy. I got down to 1spawner several times with plenty of moves to at least make a couple of stripes but they are nowhere near the top spawner. Horrible level...I’m waiting for a lucky board but my patience is running thin :-( :-( :-(

16 more moves left and I only needed one licorice that wasn't on the board. then I get an OOPS not enough spawners left message. WHAT???? I already wiped out both spawners needed, I guess they decided not to give me the one more licorice I needed and I couldn't even play out the rest of my moves.
those of you without the spacedash helmet whatever it is called at the moment.. i had never had these my whole game until i downloaded the game in microsoft games .. then poof there it was!! i am delighted.. so if you do not have it and you can try downloading the microsoft version.. it might work for you also. anita i wrote this for you and hope u see it.
Can't seem to pass this one....already had many tries. I haven't got a lollipop or handswitch....and not a lot of the other boosters. I guess i have to play this endlessly again before king let me pass. Getting tired of it.
Come on king...this is getting very annoying. It shouldn't be a hard level, but in fact it doesn't seem to matter how you call it...it sucks and is impossible to pass. There are still players that don't buy boosters. Give them a break instead of letting them play over and over again untill you decide it is time to pass. Getting to 100 tries again i suppose....
Can't seem to pass this freakin level. It is a GAME king...and you "invented" it. Make it a game again. There is more chance of winning something in a lottery than pass a level in candy crush. IMPOSSIBLE IMPOSSIBLE IMPOSSIBLE

This game sucks!!!! No fun with impossible levels!! Boooooooooooooo King! Money greedy!!! Always reducing moves! taking away boosters! Making levels sooooo impossible that you only need boosters to pass. All of this make up with NO fun and its kind of cheating to make a buck. Good bye! I quit!
