Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3995 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3995 is a score level and you only have 12 moves at the time of writing.
It is hard to know what score you actually need, because at the start my game said I needed 400,000 but I passed one star at 325,000, so the best advice is to just score as many points as you can and see if you get past the winning post!
You need colourbombs and more colourbombs to have any chance of passing this level, don't worry about collecting the keys, they will be collected as you play. From the start you need to concentrate on making colourbombs, if you can't make one look for stripe/wrap combos instead to hit the popcorns in the middle.
To give you an idea of what you need I had 10 colourbombs including the 4 you will get from the popcorns ao this isn't an easy level by any means and it will certainly give you practice at making colourbombs.

Even starting with color bomb, I have only gotten a tenth of what I need. Remember when candy crush was fun. These last 4 weeks have been torture.

I've had up to 9 CB and no where near the needed score. also using lots of CB/wraps, stripes, etc.
Got to 427,xxx by using 4 swaps to make 3 extra CBs in addition to the one I started with and from popcorn. Lucky board as lots of CBs formed themselves.

Seems very unfair. I ended up with the same points as the example, yet they won and I didn’t.

I passed by making many combos without detonating them. At end of moves, they started detonating themselves, opening more combos and reached the target easily
I am getting 8-10 CB and am only getting two thirds of the way to the required score. Looks like this is another one where I have to stall for several days until they decide to grant me a lucky board. It's happening more and more *sigh*.
Started with Cb/wrap combo, target was 520,000, yet it said level passed at 438,840, regardless, Cb's are the key, moving on!

Done 1st time nice to have a few easy levels but I know it can't last used to be so nice to look forward to next level now just dread it but I still enjoy playing no rush though I just amble along at my own pace 😀
Started with 2 bombs side by side and wrap and stripe, made another 8 cb's along the way and matched most of them with either a wrap or stripe but still fell short by a hell of a lot, I don't think this level is possible without buying extra moves and I'm not going to do that, Candy Crush has defeated me, I'm not having fun anymore, the 2 levels before this were good, we need more doable levels, after all we must be the best of the best just reaching this level and all we get is crap now...…..posting for luck as usual or as Roger 75 said posting for sausage lol.....he changed it now....Katie from Sydney

Glad I'm not the only one getting frustrated with the levels lately. Sucking all the fun out of the game.
18 moves and a target of 320000. How is this possible. There are no bombs to get which generally racks up the score. I start with full SD so have 21 moves but still not hitting the target. Even smashed all the hidden CBs . Does anyone know the secret to this or is it just a case of lucky board. OR should I say BORED
I 100% agree with Anonymous on Dec 2, 2018. CC used to be fun but now just adds more stress in my life. I've lost track of how many times I've tried to pass level 3995. Very close to deleting the app altogether.
I used to be one of the top players waiting for new levels to open every Wednesday. But nowadays i’m Fallen behind. Make me real sad only way I could possibly win recent levels are to keep going back to level 1 for spaceship. (Or full-bot? I don’t even know) I just wanted to vent. Sorry.
I’m not kidding. I won this level right after I posted above. Started with full load of spaceship. Came pretty close to win but short, won a extra move on free spin, then game pretty much played itself for me. Cb after cb, special candies kept showing up erupting themselves and reached the point, 1 Star. Thank you, Cookie.

When I get to levels like this (where you have to wait for lucky board), I concentrate on getting my sugar cubes twice a day. These levels are impossible to pass without space dash and the boosters from sugar cubes. Good luck!
In addition to working at CB;s and stripe.wrap combos, I worked close to the center, chipping away at that middle block and that seemed to make the difference.

Wow, I can't even get close to 200,000, so forget even trying to finish this horrible level. King is just mean and sadistic. He knows he's going to make this level easier in a few days, but he enjoys reading our frustrations....his little power trip I guess.
So I'll just keep posting for luck until that lucky board arrives. Patience is the key here, because we have no power.
Wow!! This level seems impossible. I even got by the "Nightmarihsly Hard Level" and can't even come close in this level. I've tried everything and can't even come close. Full. Boosters and everything. Please someone tell me how you managed to pass this level!! I would love to get to level 4000. Help!!
I,ve just finished trying this level for a two hour free playing booster. No luck whatsoever. Believe me, I've tried everythind starting combination possible with a full bot: color bomb combo, color bomb with wrap, keeping boosters till the end, you name it, I tried it.
The only thing for me now is to check every day if 320000 has been changed, and more moves added.
Very dissapointed. I really wanted to reach level 4000 for Christmas :(
Remember Cookie’s (and others) suggestion that you use CB on color that has fewest on the board. I did this and got another CB as a reward most the time.
Thank you about the CB booster tip on color with fewest on board! Passed first time after reading that tip. I had posted at 10:42 this morning about it being impossible!! That tip did it for me. That's why I come here to read the comments. So glad to be moving on.

For me, no tip worked right now, neither starting with full bot, nor hitting CB+fewest in board nor waiting for the lucky board etc. Best I got was 312K once and 318K (boohoo) another time (without boosters, but many cascades).ohmmmmm
Finally after 1 day I made it... Started with free CB from the bean stuff, always watched for CBs and could make some (or they were there alone) and had nice cascades... By the way, I did not open the popcorn on the top completely, but the other CBs during the game were enough. And yes, better to combine CBs with color only than with wraps or stripes (only useful the first moves to open the board, later not useful for points)

Have played well over 100 times. Have tried every booster combo. Have used color bombs as they formed and also left them to explode on own. Never have had more than 220,000. I don't get how in the world people are winning this level??

Nowhere near getting 100k let alone 320k so I decided (as someone’s suggested above), to make as many combos as possible when 10 moves left and let the game play itself when no moves were left. This did NOT work either and with a board full of colour bombs, packets and stripes. The board kept on playing itself for some time, yet all I managed to score was 198k. Conclusion: There’s no way to pass this level until Kings gives you that lucky board! It’s all fixed!
Question: Why are we still playing this silly nonsense? Answer: We’re all stupid!

After posting my comment above, I carried on playing and the board gave me some extra booster boxed candies, not once, but twice. I thought I maybe had a chance to pass this ridiculously hard level now. How wrong I was! I’m nowhere near getting 200k, never mind 320k. How anyone else has managed to pass this level, even with boosters is beyond me, Time to call it a day!
Unbelievable! After posting above I had one more try and the whole board exploded with banners and colour bombs, etc, and King let me pass! 450k+ points. This goes to show that this game IS a set up! I’m just glad to be through it since I was becoming very bored.
Once again, being punished for not purchasing boosters or gold bars. King cuts the piggy bank in half? No way will I purchase that again! I guess I'll just keep playing until King decides I can move onto the next level. It's been 2 days all ready. Not fun anymore. I used to look forward to Wednesdays for the next episode. I guess those days are gone. Why would King want to punish us for getting this far in the game???? They should be REWARDING us for getting this far!!!!Nevertheless, I will not be purchasing anything until these levels get enjoyable again.

Moves suddenly increased from 18 to 25 today on my PC. Still can't do it!!
Clearly, this is one of those levels that I won't pass until King decides to let me. They just want us to burn through all our boosters & gold bars so we buy more. I absolutely refuse to do that. I will just wait it out. I'm three days on it. Maybe day 4 or 5. I just wish everyone would refuse to purchase a single thing from King. If we all did that, maybe they would make it more enjoyable again, and put 60 gold bars back in the piggy bank. I also noticed that I'm not getting as many lives from friends like I used to. At one point, I had over 100 lives from friends. Now I have 4. I'm lucky if I get one a day. This is B.S. people! Fellow CC addicts...I urge you - don't buy anything from King!!!

You score many more points matching a colourbomb with a normal candy, not a special.
I haven't passed it yet, but Riyaz's post on 29th November seems the best option (I've only played it 6 times so haven't had a chance to implement it yet). It's all about getting favourable cascades at the end and hoping that multiple colourbombs form. The best way to achieve this is to have plenty of specials in the board after the last move. I'm sure it won't take long now I've worked the strategy out.

Well, I thought I was never going to get this one, but perseverance paid off in the end. I didn't start with boosters, but needed a hand switch to get one more colourbomb at the end. Absolutely no strategy works for this one and boosters are a waste of time. You just have to wait for the turn when colourbombs fall like confetti. Rubbish really, but glad I've passed. Onward...

I too am one of those people who wanted to reach 4000. I used to have to wait for new levels until the developers screwed so badly with the game. I have never had the space dash and have never been able to start a level with 2 cbs. I have lost interest in playing. Other things I can do with my time. Good luck to those who stay on. Marj

Start with a cb/wrapper combo and re-roll the board until you have wrappers in the little corners down the centre, generating maximum hits on the popcorn. This should open space on the board and lots of cb will self generate. Got 700,000 first time doing this

Got it. No SD. No Boosters. Took maybe 12-15 goes. May have been a lucky board. CB Combos are the go early. Especially CB/Wrap. The board opens up quite nicely if you can clear the popcorn & keys.

2nd try. Leaving a bunch of specials for the crush worked for me. Had 296k after last move so woulda lost but crush exploding my specials took me over 321k. 1star is juuuust fine w/me!

HELP!!! The game I'm playing looks nothing like Cookie's board. Her board was crazy enough, but I need 300,000 points and only 16 moves on a very restricted board with a bunch of keys to get before the board even opens enough to begin to make any sort of combo. I'm not adverse to buying some help, but I wouldn't even know where to begin on this one. Pretty please, Mr. King, send me lots of LUCK!!!

This game is a blatant piss-take.
After multiple attempts, I managed to get all keys , all the popcorn - including the difficult one at the top , and created a couple of extra colour bombs - and still didn’t pass. Wtf?
It’s a farce it really is . They are holding out so that ppl buy extra moves . .
This level is very hard. It is impssible - AGAIN- to pass this one unless king throws in lots of cb's.

Yes! That is the answer. First open the board some so you can make CB'S. Then combine CB'S with a single color. Combos don't score many points. Good luck Crushers!

For score levels, you need to make a lot of color bombs but never use them unless there are time bombs. You need to detonate the color bombs by stripes and wraps or better yet cascades. Near the end. make a lot of specials without using them for a big cascade (big score).

Okay. Have been on this level fir D A Y S! Bought extra moves but was shorted by 5 which would have given me the needed number to pass. This is 3rd time that has happened. I need to reduce stress so I guess I should start by deleting CC. Will give this level one more day and absent passing this level, will give up cc for good.. too much stress and too much money.
I have played for six days and only came close once. Then today it all fell into place. I finished with 6 moves left and 380,000 points. No strategy. No special plan. Things just came together. Very difficult level that really does not take great skill--only determination. Good luck!
