Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3996 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3996 is a jelly level and even though there are not many moves it is not a particularly hard level as long as you can keep the licorice under control.
The conveyor is continuous and can be used to get candies into position to make special candies and combos, but remember that it will also take them apart so be careful that you make the best use of it.
As usual with jelly levels work as close to the bottom of the board as you can and make as many combos as you can and you shouldn't have too much trouble as long as they don't reduce the moves yet again.

Of course King would do it. In the video, level was completed in the last of the 16 moves available. Now 14 moves
King has changed again: now 15 moves. Easy, easy, easy (joking)

I don't have this level on my Android tablet. I'm afraid I'm losing all my boosters if I remove the game and download it again.
On my laptop I do have this level and about 100 more. How can I get these levels on my tablet without losing boosters? Does anybody of android users have these last levels? (I'm sorry about my bad English! )

Got it with a full space dash and added fish booster, 2 moves to spare. CB+CB combo plus CB+stripe combo did most of the damage. Throughout the level, I tried looking ahead to how I could make specials using the conveyor, which helped. Good luck, everyone!

How are you getting space dash. It has not appeared on my android for over a month. Finding it hard going without SD or magic helmets. Hope Ki g give them back to me, cause this level tricky too

Wow i really need a lucky board please. 15 moves is not enough. Ridiculous and frustrating.
This game is all messed up. On my phone It has 49 jellies to clear and on my iPad it’s got 98 jellies to clear all in 15 moves only. I’m watching as the jellies are cleared but the numbers doesn’t change. It will go through 2 or 3 moves before the number of jellies will count down. Screwed up game and impossible to beat.
