Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4000 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4000 is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly and collect all the waffles to complete the level.
The main focus should be on clearing the cakes, these will clear most of the waffles you need plus the jelly. There are only three colours on the board so it is fairly easy to make special candies and combos even though the board is quite restricted to begin with.
Use the stripe dispensers whenever possible as the stripes will clear the tricky corners of the cakes that you can't make matches beside. Wrapped candies are one of the easiest specials to make, but they are most useful when switched with a stripe.
The best combos are colourbomb combos which is normal on a jelly level, but they are not the easiest specials to make to begin with. Once one of the cakes is cleared it does get easier to make colourbombs and you should try to switch them with a stripe to clear the waffles. All the waffles on the board have to be cleared and many of them are inside candy canes so can only be cleared using combos, so once you get to the last few waffles you will have to think very carefully about your moves.
The video by Johnny Crush starts with 16 moves but it is completed in 14.

Yes i did it nr 4000. This is not fun anymore. I have play for 5 years and never pay a dollar. Levels espcially after 3500
are made only with one goal of the to suck the most money of those who are willing to pay for this madness.

YES! Finally made it to level 4000. Last 100 levels frustrating and irritating. King indeed killed their own game. Good luck to all that keep playing. I quit here.
Passed 4000 on first try but struggled a lot with many of the last 100 levels. Too many of these last 100 levels made more or less impossible to finish without buying help. Had to buy help sometimes to finish in reasonable time.
From now on I will play less frequently and only without paying any more $ to King!
I have passed this level and will be stepping away. It has become more frustrating and time consuming scrolling back to accumulate boosters from prior easy levels then restarting dozens of times to even get a remote possibility of passing. Oh yes, you can try without boosters if you are willing to play the same boring level for days waiting on the lucky board. Yes, it will come but that is not my idea of entertainment. CC will now just be a pass the time app will sitting in an airport or doctor office. Enjoy if you choose to continue, but realize there is a lot of good fiction that would be more relaxing.
I'm done too. I may pick this up again for something to do every now and then but not one more cent will be spent!! King you killed a great game. Cheers everyone and Merry Christmas if thats yr thing and if not ... music feeds your soul x
4000, done! So happy! Didn’t think I will make this far yet here I am. The bundle of gift recurved after beating this level will sure to make those who declared to quit this game hard to walk away without at least using them. Then we all be back playing till 5000. That’s what addicts do. Thankful to this site tho. Very much:)

This level you can do without boosters and a little training and repetition. Important to make a CB once and combine it with a stripe for getting the cakes easier. Due to the 3 colors quite fun. Many presents after winning!
So!!! Endlich 4000 geschafft! OHNE Raumschiff, ohne Booster (weil alle weg), ohne Zauberhelm, Bot etc. :(:(:( King gibt KEINE ANTWORT, warum ich seit Monaten NIX!!! bekomme. Nur den Wal Dexter, der auch keinen Spass mehr macht!!! Letzte Woche hatte ich 6 Stunden CC & Stripe & Wrap, als ich es aktivieren wollte, war ALLES WEG!!!!
Es macht keinen Spass mehr! Ich hatte noch nie einen Cent ausgegeben, liegt es vllt. daran, dass ich keine Raumschiffe, BOT, etc. mehr bekomme???

Yea, 4000 finished and out of the way and not a cent been paid. The last few though have been no fun, not sure I want to carry on but I might just play from time to time and if I lose so what!
This level done, plus one for the road. I’m calling it a day. I’ve had enough of jelly, chocolate, waffles, liquorice, candy canes & systematically impossible levels. Anyway, thank you, King, for the years of fun (& the one solitary jackpot on level 1700). You won’t miss me, because I didn’t spend anything. I’m just sorry you forced me to leave. Made it to 4000. Not sure if I am quitting now or not. For a bit I was waiting for Wednesdays when the new levels came out, but I got behind. I don't get any of the goodies. No space dash anymore. Never had bot. And I pretty much only play on facebook on my PC. Still haven't passed 4000. And once again I have never paid a dime. "At its peak the company was reportedly earning almost $1 million per day." Who is paying?

Made it! Was hoping for prizes and fireworks when I got here. I guess it's when you pass this crazy batshit level. I'll use up my lives and I'm out of here. I can't decide. I'm leaning towards uninstalling all King products. I feel manipulated. I don't like the feeling. These last 200 levels Han scored so low on the funometer and so high on frustration it seems wrong to call it a game.

I really hate that this game became greedy...I loved playing..I did buy coins here and there..but I refuse to spend what they charge now... Robbery.

YEAH FINALLY DID IT! Level 4000 and I do believe it is time for a break. Since they took away space dash and all the other goodies these last few months have been hard to beat the levels without boosters, and of course I am one never to throw money away on a game. Good Luck All.
5 1/2 years later, i’ve finished level 4000 and that’s it for me. Thanks for all the tips along the way. There’s just no end in sight to this game, but every game has to have a goal. 4000 was mine. Tim3 to remove the app from my iPad.

Time for my soap box. I can barely stand to read this blog anymore. What is wrong w/people? Is everyone a victim? It’s a game, people, and last time I checked, you don’t have to play. STOP COMPLAINING! King owes you nothing and is not responsible for how unrewarding your life has become. Those of us that enjoy it will happily continue to play without you. We won’t even notice you’re gone! What a joke. This blog has become less about sharing tips and more about a bunch of whiners threatening to quit. Do you really think anyone cares if you play or not? Why on earth do you keep wasting your time posting about it? How simple is your life if this game is causing you so much angst? Quit or get over it. Either way, PLEASE don’t tell us which you choose and/or why. It’s just not that interesting and it’s getting soooo old. For all of you that play and share tips and help others with their experience, thank you! I don’t even mind if you bitch when the level is hard. I do that sometimes. As long as you keep trying and/or stop when it isn’t fun, you deserve to be here. The next person that cries about how the game isn’t fun anymore will just be announcing to everyone what a great big baby they are so should just take a nap instead. Keep on truckin’ crushistanians!

Level 4000... great reward... last few levels been good... good reward... I’ll play onfor another while, level 4001... took a bit to figure it out, now hope to pass before gets to boring.
Level 4000 done. Although I promised to quiet I'll use my boosters before that. Last levels have been difficult after King took space dash/magic helmet ability away from me. Good luck for everyone. Normally the game has start and end but new levels are made all the time. It would be better if level 4000 was the end.

Finally, a level that wasn't overly difficult. Well balanced, challenging but kind of fun. Doable with or without boosters, which is always a plus. The reward at the end was nice, glad to be part of the 4000+ club. I'm still plugging away, and LOVE what Cookie is doing by having this blog. I appreciate the helpful posts, especially the ones that are also entertaining or funny. Keep crushing, friends!

They just couldn’t resist the cheating cutting already challenging 16 moves to 14 I have nothing god to say about an app that’s run by greedy people
The rigging and cheating here is they cut the moves just enough by 2 to make it impossible I don’t think they spend d much time figuring out how to make it impossible it’s proby all software That shows them cut 2 moves that’ll do it and of course they do it WHY ?? GREED
