Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4002 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You need some powerful combos to break through the thick blockers in the middle of the board to get to the jelly in the bottom half of the board. There is also jelly under the chocolate down the side columns.
This level has been made almost impossible by the reduction of the number of moves to only 17. To get through the blockers you will need wrapped candies at least, lots of them!
Double colourbomb combos are great if you can make them, but this isn't really feasible until you have cleared most of the blockers.
Unless you have boosters I can't see a way to clear this level but I will post a video made with more moves and if a video becomes available later I will post it.

Played at least a dozen times starting with side by side color bombs. Haven’t even gotten close. Will try wrapped candy to see if makes a difference
Just kept trying. I got a colour ball for half an hour and when I was blessed with more colour balls I hit the colours near the chocolate. Took a lot of luck though because of the three layered chocolate and needed lots of stripes and wrap/stripes in the right place.
Again the number of moves for this level is ridiculous!!

Ridiculous....played for years but NO amount of Boosters can beat this level. Never thought I'd be able to quit this game so easily.
No shortage of challenging and fun games out there. I'm done.
Have enjoyed this game for 5 years. Finally done with it, tired of all candy crush has to offer. Good luck to all of you still in the game 😊

An insane and very sick developper reduced the amount of moves, so that the level can’t be done/finished. Fire the developpers who dont understand that the game should be fun.
For now I an awaiting the adaption of this level. Not playing till done.
Opening the board with cb, stripe & wrap and fish boosters, I start with cb next to stripe & wrap, which clear the board very well. With the help of a cb and stripe combo, I clear most of the remaining chocolates. Luckily wrap + wrap come out on the far left side column to help me complete the level with 10 moves unused ! Remember do not use cb combo in the beginning. Cb and wrap combo is the best move.

My goal with cc was to get to level 4000. Goal accomplished and these levels are too frustrating for me. Time to say goodbye. Good luck everyone and will check at a later date to see if kings developers have finally come to their senses after losing so many players
Done after quite a few attempts used full space bot & fish booster started with 2cb together then got lucky with a fish next to a wrap done 😀

Still stuck. Still going back n forth level 1, get full sd, play 4002, lose, go back level 1 .. loop. I’m really sick n tired of the cc and myself for not deleting this off my iPhone.

I usually get a help and win after I post here but not this time yet. This level is a beast. I don’t know how other players are beating this seemingly impossible level.
Shout out to Cookie! After I posted above post, I was telling myself Be strong, it’s just a game, delete the CC app after I lose remaining lives. I was feeling so defeated I didn’t even bother to go get my space dash. Played with No boosters. Then Lo and hold! Cookie (or King) sent me THE board. Cb kept showing up and I finally beat this level. Post your comments and you’ll really really get lucky! Thank you, Cookie! Love this site!

Why did King reduce the number of moves for such a shit level? Why must King insist on further annoying its depleting number of players? Why is King so adamant on getting itself out of business?

The player on the video has 25 moves, quite lucky combos and an insanely lucky last 25th move to win. With 17 moves and no dash/bot available at the moment, I will quit for a while and see what happens. Even when I use my own last boosters incl. fish and start with Cb/wrap, 17 moves are simply not enough, so it makes no sense at the moment
Took the pineta I got for level 4000 and this did it. Still needed 7 moves due to the tenacious chocolate. I think the level is somehow wrongly designed, because wraps would fall in the left and right column to clean it, but only are falling when you have space for it- which you don't have as the chocolate is already to high from the start.

Admittedly, we have had 'impossible' levels before, but this one ranks right up there with them.....I can barely get to the bottom of the board, let alone concentrate on the side chocolate, which has to be hit multiple times to clear....you definitely need a great start, but that comes with luck, which I am hoping comes soon....

I just concentrated on clearing one side so that I could get to the wrap dispenser before it got covered in chocolate.

Started with CB next to a wrap. Managed to make a CB/CB combo in the game, finished epithet 6 moves to spare. So it IS possible, on iPad at least!
I agree with so many complaining that the cheating and rigging of levels by the developer KING is pretty sickening they’ve taking away the fun the challenge because there’s no challenge to rigged levels which all levels are they need to let the levels stand as they are As one other said these apps are for fun and I’m sure like myself I would be willing to buy boosters if I didn’t see the continuous dumping done to the players but it would be sort of stupid to buy boosters when King has intentionally gone through figured what would make it IMPOSSIBLE to pass and then change the levels Anyone who buys boosters under that circumstance is sending a message to king that they can rig these levels and people look the other way and pay them money to pass that level Well of course they’re gonna continue to rig they get paid for it I say they leave the levels alone and maybe players like myself would not delete this dishonest app and actually pay to buy boosters But that would mean they’d have to put aside the greed I’m betting the guys that go through and change these levels are teenagers paid to rig it looks like that kind of work I for one will never delete I will continue to get on here and other places to review and warn players to stay away from this money pit
My game started with 26 moves today,first time i have played it, so don't know if it has now been increased. I did not have extra moves as a booster.
Not enough moves...need a lucky board and boosters to pass. Waiting again for a lucky board :-(
It seems regardless of all the special candies that appear - and the board is generous with them - it makes no difference. Breaking that chocolate seems impossible. Help!
