Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4004 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4004 is a dual task level, you have to clear the jelly and collect waffles to complete the level.
The first job is to collect the keys in as few moves as possible, this will unlock the board and give you a bit more space to work as you need combos for this job. Before you start look at the colours of the keys and try to set up candies of the right colour to switch them with as they move to the ends of the conveyors, it gets easier as you collect them as you will have more space to move the candies where you need them.
It isn't easy to make colourbomb combos but you really need them to have any chance of passing, especially since the moves have been reduced. Colourbomb/wrap and colourbomb/stripe combos are the best although if you can get two together it will help too. You are unlikely to be able to make colourbombs early in the game, but if you can start the game with one you can use it to collect some of the keys.
At the moment there are no videos with only 20 moves but the one below by Johnny Crush that shows how the level works.

What has happened to all the comments here . This level is a real bitch.
So looks like all those people that were saying they were leaving at 4000 must have done so.
For heavens sake why do they have to reduce the moves and make it impossible to finish until a lucky board comes along .

5 less moves and the blockers in the video only have to be hit once on mine have to be hit t least 2 times I have names for the ppl rigging and screwing g with these levels Think of the worst name u can call them and that’s it

Oh dear. Yet another excruciatingly dull level.
hi i want to know , how can we reshuffle the board to get candy board of our own choice ...as earlier i used to refresh it before playing then a new board would have loaded without losing a turn ... but now in this effort the turn is lost
Started with 1 color bomb.....reset until all 4 keys were the same color....used cb on that color....finished with 4 moves to spare...gramma linda

Day 2 at this level. Where are the combo's so i can pass this level. Still don't understand why there aren't that many comments. Because this level is freakin impossible.
Just not enough moves. There's not enough 'open' area on the board to even plan moves. Have to wait on a lucky board, I think. Help!
Commenting on a hard level really brings me some success so here I go. First Jackpot spin I have now won 5 times. The Fantastic 5 is a joke. Now they are cutting the days short and now that I am on a hard level I am not increasing my score by much, oh well, that is just the way it is. Next this is another one of those levels that when I finally get to the # of moves have dropped, considerably. Don't like it. Never will. This level are hard enough just as they are without dropping the # of moves because somebody got an extremely lucky board. I have actually passed a level on 1 move. So they really need to base it on the average moves not when somebody gets a really easy board. Oh yeah, getting passed level 4000 was awesome but level 3996 was a nightmare. I wondering if they are going to go as high as 10000 levels. If they do I know I will never make it.
