Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4010 Candy Crush Saga by Cookie
I can't give tips to pass this level without boosters because I don't believe that it is possible.
If you don't have the bot boosters or other cumulative boosters you will have to use others that you can collect from the sugar drops. Be very careful when using boosters though, make sure you have enough so that when you start to use them you can complete the level, otherwise they will be wasted.
The hardest part to clear are the two bottom sections as the licorice will keep dropping in from the conveyor at the top so you need to keep hitting and hitting until the jelly is gone.
You will get stripes from the dispensers but not enough to make much of a difference overall.
You could try using a fish booster along with any other starting boosters you have and it might make a bit of difference, but there are really no tips to help with this except to use as many boosters as you can and get through it!
It is likely that this level will change in the future and be made a bit more doable as impossible levels are usually changed eventually, so if you don't have boosters it is worth leaving it for a week or two and using the time to build up some boosters by doing the sugar drop challenge as much as possible.

Now only 25 moves.
It is sadly, but I must give up. I have not enough boosters for this level and buying is no option for me. KING has won.
i have 2 words for you....flying saucer...but be careful don't waste it..save it for when you get down to less than 10 jellies with about 7 or 8 moves to go.. this was my stategy ..after winning the popsicle island space dash challenge..i started with the the full bot plus an extra color bomb and wrap/stripe ..and once i got down to about 7 jellies and about 7/8 moves i went to the flying saucer .it went exactly where I wanted it to go.. first to the bottom left and then to the bottom right destroying the licorice and 4 jellies ...then to the upper right taking out another jelly
... with 2 moves to go and 1 jelly..i grabbed a hammer... the key was the flying saucer...and ...saving most of the new levels for the last 2 weeks until Thursday afternoon when the popsicle island space dash challenge starts..everytime you collect a color bomb it was worth 10 color bombs ...i finished with about 1700 both weeks easily winning..and my reward for eac week was the flying saucer plus other great goodies including 6 hours of unlimited color bombs and wraps and stripes... these rewards are much better than Denises stars
Impossible, please help.
I had the flying saucer, but it set the wraps on areas where I not needed. Now I must hope for a good board.

To KK, you said you play on Windows 10. I play on Windows 10 too and can still reset, but I don't have Space Dash anymore. Do you still have Space Dash in your Windows 10?
Ok, so now Cookies advice is to wait until the level is changed to become less impossible? Sorry for ranting, but after years of enjoyable play, I feel much closer to finally giving up. Sad, but true.
King always used to say every level was winnable without boosters but that has long since ceased to be true. Now I think they are trying to make it impossible without paying. I will try to build up a few hammers and hand switches through sugar drops but unless and until I can do that, I am pausing. And I can see some more stinker levels com8ng up.

I can reset the level but it will cause one live
I don't have Space Dash anymore
I play sugar drop once a day to get hands and hammers boosters,
but it is not enough to pass weekly episodes.

Thanks Cookie and Carlton. You need boosters and flying saucer cleared the pesky licorice.
Although my level was labelled as "nightmarishly hard level", I managed to do it with FS and hammer
I didn't get any crowns for finishing episode although I did finish 12 levels at first go.
King is screwed up. Also no more Cs for new level
The space dash given after passing level 4000 really helped. It would be very hard to pass without that.

I did not want to have to use my one and only saucer so I studied the video to see how the level worked. I have full Bot and added CB and fish booster. I can reset, so I was able to reset and started with 2 CBs together. The cascade also cleared some of the lower corners with the licorice and then I had a move which got rid of all the licorice and the lower jellies in those two sections. I used hammers to get rid of the rest of them. After that, it's a matter of making moves to clear the main section. I had to use two or three more swaps or hammers to get the last jellies. The fish booster got stuck on the upper conveyor and never came into play. I think the key is to clear those two nasty bottom licorice squares as soon as possible. I am far behind with so many new episodes being thrown at us!
Right on Carlton, was able to start with CB CB combo, when I had 2 jellies in bottom corners/licorice on top and 3 moves left I set off the flying saucer and done!

Thank you for the tip about the flying saucer! I started with no boosters (and a lucky board of course). I got a color ball and switched a stripe next to it. I had 3 jellies left in the bottom-one of which I could use a hammer to get rid of. I used the flying saucer and it sent the wraps into the bottom squares and blasted away the other two. I don't think you can get past this level without the FS.
I have used up so many boosters on this level that I feel I need to give up, they are making it too hard, wtf is wrong with them? It is supposed to be recreational, you know....FUN.....posting for a salad sandwich...Katie from Sydney
Im so sad to wake up on a Wednesday morning to be so far behind, there is no level playing field, I have no space bot and no reset options. Just play till a lucky board, wasting boosters till im out. May be done soon and this makes me sad!
I think that either King are losing their minds or the current developers have very bad supervision. Many levels later are just terrible and this one is impossible. Not sure why they do that ...

I started with a CB, fish & wrapped/striped. None ended up next to each other when I started but still managed to focus on and clear all the licorice & jelly in those bottom quads except for 1 jelly. Used a hammer on that jelly before it got covered with licorice. Then I had remaining moves to clear jelly on the top without having to worry about the bottoms sections. Did not have to use any boosters after that. Hope this helps. Good luck.
If only I hadn’t fallen asleep mid game and hit the flying saucer. At least that’s what I think happened to it. Got it as reward for staying the course to 4000 and certainly didn’t consciously play the FS. What a bummer as this seems to be the only way to get through this level. Do we really thing CC will make this game easier. So bored now I really do fall asleep playing countless easier games for sugar drops.

When I hit the 2 bottom sections, a pink band appears which looks like it is tying the rotating black ribbon to one tile. WHAT IS THIS? I don't think I have seen it before.

Ugh.. terrible level for King to take away built bot. I don’t have many boosters left. I have beaten some hard level without space dash before. So here’s hoping to a miracle and super lucky board.

Doubt that you will continue to be sad if you do quit. I feel elated with all the spare time I have. I’m also calmer and sleep better! Wish the same for you.
Uuuuuhhh, this was tedious... It's (apart from luck) a question of doing the right combos in the right moment (because sometimes these liquorices were kind of "jumping" and did not count as hit even when hit). Did not use boosters because fish doesn't help when liquorice is over the jelly and all booster combos (via 606 and full bot) did also not really help. Could not imagine to ever win (never less than 3 jellies lefta and at least 1 or 2 covered by liquorice). When I ran out of moves the last time, I saw I could make a CB next to a stripe. Spun the free wheel, won 5 moves and after doing the CB and combine it with the stripe, I had 2 free jellies left I could hit with another (accidentical) stripe. Hooray.

Started with full stocking and a fish booster. Stupid fish never dropped another after the first one from the start of the level. What's the point of having the fish booster if it doesn't work? Couldn't finish level, don't have another fish booster... just stupid.
This was hard but thanks to whoever suggested the flying saucer. Got it at last!

I read Cookie's tips, watched the video, read most of the comments, and decided to add a fish booster and CB (via watching an ad before the level) to my full space dash (2 CB, 2 stripes, 2 wraps, 3 extra moves). None of the CB were together, so I used a stripe/wrap in the middle, which cleared a lot of the jelly, unlocked the licorice cages, released the fish, and set off the 3 CB with the strikes and cascades. About half of the licorice were gone, so I worked on those bottom corners before the additional licorice dropped. I had to hammer one that repopulated and wouldn't move out, finished it off with a horizontal stripe without using my lone UFO. Tough level, but possible with a large complement of boosters, patience, and a little luck (along with a few extra hammers or switch hands if you need them). Forgot to include above that I had 5 or 6 moves to spare, so it is possible even without the +3 moves. Thank you, Cookie and everyone else, for the helpful tips.
The level isn't catalogued as hard level !! How can this be considered a "regular" level I have no idea
Tried and tried, decided I must use my precious UFO which was a freebie for passing 4000. I had 1 double and 1 single jelly left in right hand corner. UFO missed them all, I cried. Then I looked at that funny cone, and felt I might as well use that freebie too, it worked. hallelujah!! I limp on with nothing, I must be crazy. Thinking of seeing a shrink! D Perth.

Another very stressful level. Posting for luck again.
I made up my mind to quit at 4000, but I'm still limping along with a couple boosters, no stash. And sick of buying more.
This particular level is making my decision to quit easier ..unless a lucky board happens, it's Adios.
It's been a fun 7 yrs but less so lately.

Cheating game - 3 separate jellies left and the flying saucer missed two of them by sending wraps to the top track instead of into the jellies. Had to use two hammers instead. What a waste.
Lucky board no boosters
Boosters sound great if you have them. Unfortunately when I collect them king doesn't give them to me. What a cheat of a game!
I managed to pass this without boosters.
Initially focused on getting rid of the chocolate, then the upper blockers on the sides to drop the stripes.
Careful use of the stripes got rid of the bottoms 8. Packets with stripes helped to clear much of the jelly.
