Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4014 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect waffles to complete level 4014 Candy Crush Saga. The waffles will be provided by the lucky candies which drop onto the conveyors as you play.
Don't worry too much about the chocolate at the bottom, but try to clear the chocolate in the main part of the board so that the lucky candies and waffles can drop off the conveyors.
Make moves under the conveyors to get the waffles onto the board where you will be able to collect them. You may not have enough moves to collect all the waffles just by making matches beside them, so try to make combos instead so that you collect several with each move. Colourbombs and wrapped candies will be best for collecting more than one waffle per move.

Hmmmmm, interesting...you have no chocolate on your board. You have 20 moves with 18 waffles. My board has lots of chocolate, 18 moves and 25 waffles. I have played this level about 15 times and have only had the luxury of receiving three waffles to drop. Can't beat the level if the waffles don't appear. Each level gets more and more ridiculous. Such a shame, it used to be a fun game. Not anymore. Done!!!
Just got it on my first try allow the waffle to exit from where they drop an keep hitting them with combos wrap combo preferred. Started with boster color bomb

Not only does my board have many multiple layered chocolates,they are also locked. Screw King!
What is with King and these impossible levels, maybe he should try putting himself in our boots, All these levels are a bloody nightmare just like KING and I’m tired of posting for luck I’m done

20 moves for 18 waffles is not what I'm getting: 25 waffles with 18 moves, and the conveyors blocked by locked triple chocolate.
Totally ridiculous! Even after at least 25 tries, best I could get is 13 waffles to go.
Boosters help some, but not enough. Probably just keep trying until a lucky board comes up :-(
The licorice dispensers spit out licorice constantly.
The special candy dispensers can have empty space below them but NO special candy falls out.
We can't collect them if we can't see them.
It’s just gone mental, the last 20 or so have been stupid.
I can’t even level 1 my boosters up anymore as it keeps jumping back to the last level, so loads of scrolling just to have an attempt.

The video doesn't show chocolate at all. Furthermore - as usual - moves reduced to 18 and waffles increased to 25. I don't understand this policy. Game has to make fun.

I can't find a good strategy. Sometimes only one move possible and i have finished the game with only hitting one waffle or sometimes none. I guess there must be a lucky board in there somewhere.
25 waffle and many chocolates
Absolutely frustrating for me. I must be doing something wrong. The most waffles I collected so far is 5...grrr
So.. After I posted here...I got ribbon wrapped candies.. And even got a party bomb.. Nothing worked.. The best I could do was still be 5 waffles short..I give up..I thought the party bomb was suppose to finish the level ?

What is up with this game anymore? Just when you thought it was really bad King will give you an ah hah moment with a slew of even more ridiculous levels to prove you wrong. SCREW THIS GAME!!!! It's truly not enjoyable or relaxing anymore. How can one be challenged when you're always waiting on that lucky board???
Luck, strategy, boosters, fullbot can help pass this level after it has added locked chocolate, and reduced the number of moves. As so many have commented, it has become a dog tail chase. I have enjoyed this game for a good long time, so it is time to give it up!

Ik overweeg al een tijd om Candy Crush te verwijderen. Het was een lange tijd een ontspannend spel, maar nu levert het alleen maar frustratie op.
De levels worden duidelijk niet getest, ze doen maar wat en hopen dat wij gaan betalen. Nou niet dus. Een level als dit maakt de beslissing om te stoppen een stuk makkelijker. Wafels verzamelen... Welke wafels? Gekkigheid ten top.
Been playing this level for few days. I gather boosters from level 3711 before I play 4014 every time . I start off strong, can make plenty of combos within the levels but not enough waffles appear at all! I calculate each move carefully and have been following tips here. Most
boards just don’t produce enough waffles! Will never be able to pass unless waffles available and more boosters won’t even matter.
So long candy crush. I’m officially deleting today for a while. Perhaps they will change the level while I’m gone.
On another note, candy crush was a recommended app to delete from you phone and unplug!
Also I spun the wheel to get more moves after a board. I got 5 more moves but the board allowed me to make only 2 moves and ended the game! That was the closest I came to finishing 4014. Thought I finally had it! Very suspicious that my extra moves were cut short.
I'm still totally confused... After I posted here I got gift wrapped candies and even a party bomb... Nothing can get me through this level !!! I thought the party bomb was the ultimate level breaker..I didn't get this far by not knowing what I'm doing...I just can't get past this one

With the full stocking I only managed to get 5 waffles then with no stocking got 17, then only 4. I haven't got it yet but I'm sure it's possible without starting boosters as it's easy enough to make them in play. Just a matter of time.
I don't know if this helps anybody. I went for more goes on my android tablet and there was no chocolate. It was much easier to do.

Confusing! No chocolate and, like John P, I had wraps and a party pinata - the game just played itself for a while after that and then I had only 3 waffles to get - not much skill required!

Bad enough the games are getting more rediculous, but when I used my check mark booster, surprise it didn't show up. Free boosters nope they don't give them to you. At least be fair king and not crooked!
