Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4021 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4021 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect waffles and clear the jelly to complete the level.
The waffles will drop from the dispenser at the top of the lower conveyor when you clear the licorice out of the way and they can be collected by hitting with stripes or wraps or other combos.
The jelly is a lot harder to clear as you have to collect the keys first to unlock the top row on the left so that you will get candies dropping into the jelly.
Once you have candies in the jelly you will still need to make colourbombs and combos as you have a lot of jelly and not many moves to clear it.
The best way to collect the keys is by using a double colourbomb combo if you can make one, or a colourbomb/stripe or wrap might work, but this will depend on the colour of the keys. Once some of the licorice is cleared you can also hit the keys using stripes as they will pass over the waffles.
There are two stripe dispensers at the top of the left section and these can be helpful in clearing the jelly, especially if you can switch them with a stripe or a wrap.
The video below by Johnny Crush was made before the level changed so has more moves and less jelly, but it will give you an idea of how the level can be beaten.

To everybody still playing CC: the more you pay money to (not) go ahead, the more kings will make impossible levels that you can overcome just spending money. I have never payed a cent to these thieves and will never pay. A game must be fun, not frustration and waste of money. The behaviour of Kings is around illegal, it is the so called "exploitation of incapable!" and I am I am looking at whether this behavior is liable to report to the authorities. It's a real shame that kings tries to take advantage of the frustration of the weaker players to make money behind them!
I agree with the above comment...I am also starting to thing Kings strategy of making levels impossible to pass without paying borders on illegal, that or spending more time to earn boosters that ultimately fail anyway

First of all, you downloaded this game for FREE and no one is forcing you to play. King is a listed company and needs to make money for its shareholders. If you don’t like the game, just delete it and let the rest of us play without your whinging and carrying on. (Anna from Australia.)

I'm on level 4020. Have never payed one cent. the ones who pay just can't wait to get to the next level in a hurry spend money. boosters make it easier but there have been levels stated on here that you need boosters and I have completed without(not many). But you don't have to spend any money to play. And you don't even have to play. It's just a game. They give you free boosters. Use them wisely.

Would like double cb as it looks like the only way to pass this hard level but probably needs switches as well. We do get free boosters but hard to get 2 cbs together without luck so posting for that luck..please...

Yes. Changed from hard to ridiculous. Video has absolutely nothing to do with real game now
Full dash (thanks to 606), but did not start with double CB but with CB plus wrap in color of 3 keys as this almost cleared the right side plus cleared the liquorice on the belt and the keys. Still needed 2 hammer plus 1 switch to remove some almost unreachable jellies on the left side as the dispensers provide us with stripes accidentically and not every time you hit sth underneath.
Crazy hard now, even with hours of free boosters haven't gone close. That's it, I'm calling the cops lol...

Reduce stress! Ha ha if there was ever a level to increase stress this is it. Impossible level, I’ve not even been able to make a CB let alone use one! Closest I’ve got is 4 moves left after clearing the keys.

Rough level. I did complete it yesterday with full space dash, and I believe that I added a fish booster. The licorice make the top left corner jellies extremely difficult, need to open up the dispensers ASAP by collecting the keys, then hammer away with high-powered combinations. I appreciate all the tips that Cookie and everyone here gives. Happy Crushing, I hope the next levels aren't this difficult, we had a nice stretch of mostly decent levels after 4000.

Impossible without space dash. And no stripes or wraps from dispensers. I did make 2 colourbombs side b side on first attempt but the self destructed. So unfair. Nothing close since and no boosters either

Watching your video seemed so easy. You conveniently got a colorbombs right at the beginning. Not so in my game. Lucky to get one at the end of the game. So unrealistic!

Day 2 and it seems to be a copy of the last level. Playing over and over again and not even a small chance of passing it.
After numerous tries still no pass. There is NO WAY to pass this level without the help of king. Used boosters...but nothing helps. Can't use many more because i don't buy boosters. Getting tired of these stupid levels that nobody can pass without kings' help.

I cannot believe how difficult you are making these games to get through. It would be great to at least get a couple of games to get through that are not taking days and days to get past. Please King re-evaluate these impossible games if you want to keep your players. I have played game after game that have taken 6days to over a week to pass. Impossible game to pass, tried all types of boosters what a waste that was. Nothing has worked tried asking for help and NOTHING. Why is it everytime I I win donut wheel in the extra spinning wheel, the donut never shows up. What's the use of winning the extra booster if you are never able to use it!! Something's wrong with there!!

I think when you have been stuck on a game for 11days there is something really wrong with this game. King has taken the fun element out of CANDY CRUSH, I have asked for a LUCKY BOARD on 2 occasions but still nothing I have tried all types of boosters and still. How do players get through this difficult game. I will try for 1 more day and that will be me finished with CANDY CRUSH I am not prepared to waste any more time on an impossible game. LUCKY BOARD PLEASE.
Okay, it is one thing to change and reduce the number of moves but to add more jelly what is up with that? What is wrong with those responsible. Level 2020 is difficult to say the lease but to make a hard level harder. I watched the video and there are no jellies on the right side and the left side has double hit jellies. Oh, now I can happily say I hit the jackpot again and the Fantastic 5 went from 10,000 points down to 5000 points.

I HAVE GONE THRU OVER 4000 LEVELS SO I should know the answer to my own question but I don't. How do you get rid of the liquorice? I keep hitting it with stripes and more keep coming down that column. So, how do I rid myself of this evil liquorice?

I guess the makers of this game have every right to make a profit. This game became so popular because it use to be fun. I keep hoping well be able to win back power and boosters by playing lower levels because I miss having fun and relaxing with thus game. 😒
Ive been on this level for many days and wondering how dumb I am that I can't pass it! The other 4 players in my group all completed the level, and there I sit, day after day. Ive used every booster I've saved up today. Would sure be great to have fun again.

This is crazy!! I’m not sure how this level is even possible! Too few move ,too many blockers, too many licorice— I can’t even get close!! Ridiculous when no skill or thought process is required, only looking for that lucky board !!
