Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4028 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4028 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. It is a dual task level, you have to collect one nut and clear the jelly to complete the level.
The main focus has to be on destroying the two spawners and the only way to do this is by hitting them with combos. The best combos are either colourbomb/stripe combos or stripe/wrap combos, but once the spawners begin to produce licorice your combos are going to be blocked, so the sooner you can clear the spawners the better. A double colourbomb combo will also be really useful and it may clear some jelly from around the spawners too.
Once the spawners are gone the nut should drop out of the exit, but there will be some jelly to clear that doesn't have any candies in it so you will need more combos to clear that and complete the level.
There are only 25 moves now available to complete level 4028 so it is quite a hard level. The video below starts with 30 moves but it is completed in 25.

I feel like a mastadon, struggling out of one tar pit only to step right into another. These levels are tedious and nearly impossible. Need friendly boards.
King deactivated my Space Dash, Bots, Helmets, and other boosters, probably for complaining. I've wasted hundreds of dollars on this stupid game, and this is the thanks I get from them.

People don’t you get it? The more $$$ players spend, the more incentive King has to remove freebies! Stop playing into their greed. They’ve got us needing to keep up with the latest levels. Slow down, use the few measly bonuses you can win with SD, videos etc. and get there when you get there. Why do you think they’ve released so many impossible levels these last couple of weeks. What a dissappointment, the levels are so difficult, hardly fun anymore.
Mine too! Thank God I N3VER spent a penny playing this game. Well, I won't be wasting any more time trying to pass without boosters because all levels now are nearly impossible, tedious and boring without them. So sad they had to ruin which was once a fun relaxing form of entertainment!

It is NOT normal to start each and every level (even “simple”) full of boosters. I remember times when I would pass ANY level without boosters. Now I collect full pack and spend days and weeks for passing an episode. Pfl. But not fun any longer :( of course I haven’t spent a single dollar for buying anything in the game. And will never do. Finally done this awful level after 2 days with full bot 2cb together then lucky to get another 2cb together had to clear last spawner with lollipops but done

Absolutely sick of playing this level. Used all my boosters and fish boosters are as rare as hens teeth when you need them! Played sugar drop levels three times and not been given a single one!
I'm here until I am granted the lucky board I guess and as I'm only playing a couple of times a day it may be some time!
Have been playing Candy Crush from the very beginning. As I play almost every day, statistically, I should have won the "big prize" from the Boosterwheel once every eight days (there are 8 different potential outcomes on the wheel)as I turn the wheel each time I play. Instead of having won the big prize roughly 135 times over the last three years (= 365 days/8 * 3 years)I only won it once !?! Anyone with similar experiences ?
Can't believe that anybody was able to pass this level. I have hit the spawners dozen of times and they remain there. Licorice is preventing you to free the squares with jelly. And it impossible to get the right boosters in the right position. Probably with 20x2 hammers, hitting 20 times the spawners could be that you get rid of 'em but again we are at the main purpose of kings: to steal money from frustrated players. No fun any longer. I shall uninstall this game, and it is a pity because as idea was nice. But when it becomes only a method to get money on my shoulders, sorry, I'm forced to say goodbye ... I am anyhow happy I was able to reach level 4000, but it makes no sense to continue where the levels, also those not classified as hard, are impossible to overcome. And I'm happy too being able to arrive here without paying neither a cent for it. Kings, you are destroying your own game, can't understand why you are using so a stupid policy ...

Well, I have won precisely NO Jackpots in 4years 7months....Statistics be damned....
Of course you don't have... when the wheel is stopping on the jackpot a misterious further hit is moving to the next place. Those of Kings think to be sadic, probably they laugh and wait for my money... they will wait forever, they deserve the electric chair!

That was a VERY tough level to complete. Used lots of boosters and didn't achieve it - than suddenly WHOOSH! without boosters, but kept getting hits on the jelly and the spawners and did it.

This level is boring. Once the spawners start up, it useless to continue. In dozens of attempts, I have only destroyed one spawner. Stripes aren't lining up to hit them, getting licorice instead.
As for the wheel, I've been playing for almost 5 years, every day, and have hit the jackpot ZERO times. Statistically almost impossible if it were truly random. 1,825 spins should have had about 304 jackpots - not zero!

Spent 3 days on this one. Lots of lives lost. Kept resetting to get 2 CB together but the licorice kept me from getting to the spawners. Started using CB/stripe combo and that cleared it better. Two more got it cleared. Very tedious.

Evertime Cookie posts that a level was done in so many moves King reduces the moves for the rest of us and some of us aren't as good as cookie! Very hard to do. I had extra moves and only managed to get one spawner. Needs luck and more moves please

I had a pretty lucky board and used11 hammers to finish the game. Don’t forget to play for sugar drops every 8 hours!
Terrible boring slow level. Tried boosters of all types without any sort of success. Even scored two party things which did absolutely nothing. Just kept playing with our boosters till my turn came. No boosters and finished on last move. Two full days. Be patient.
This is getting SO BORING! AND IT'S CHRISTMAS. Do something King before many of us give up. Swipe. Swipe. All to no avail.
I agree that it's Christmas....give us a break....I didn't know if it was possible to create a level more difficult than all the rest....there is no problem in creating combinations...the hard part is making them where necessary and not exploding them before you can use them....so, what can one do to win this level and move on....please help!!

Have played this so many times and have failed. Not even funny. Have tried EVERYTHING and nothing works. I will play until my 5 lives run out and then that's it. I've had it. Merry Christmas!!!

Same thoughts and almost same experience Playing CC 3,5 years now and NEVER got the jackpot. Very often I won almost, but it stopped between CB and jackpot. King surely planned it like this. Still it's stupid as the levels are so difficult and it really would not hurt King and make players happy.
Why are so many people so proud “they have never paid a dime and never will"? Because when no-one pays, King will not earn sth. Do you work for no money? They need developers, servers, people programming it and there are no ads. Why does everyone of you thinks he has a right that this game is for free? No one is forced to play it.

Did ever occur to you that if nobody ever pays, this game simply did not exist? Or are you working for free? Which company gives you sth without paying? Do you take stuff in the supermarket and not pay it? King is not a non profit organisation.
Ps to King: I spent some money from time to time when it was cheaper and the levels easier. Now to buy boosters or gold is very expensive and most of the levels cannot be won by boosters, but only by luck. And luck you cannot buy... So I play less and spend less. Maybe you should change the strategy?

This level is beyond ridiculous. To destroy the spawners alone is extremely difficult and even if you make this, the jellies are a big problem, too. If I had the luck of the player in the video, I'd play lotterie and won a million.
I have been playing about 4 years and got it once about 3 years ago. Game is definately fixed. But even thru frustrations stil fun. Plan to suit at 5000. Greetz AnneV
You must play CB plus stripe as often as possible. Had around 100 attempts and needed 2 hammer in the end. Hint: the clock trick still works (without problem for the time of daily spin) if you put forward the 3 hours and then switch the clock back to normal time immediately after you see the 5 new lifes in the top.

Tedious level, managed to destroy bottom left spawner about 3 times but top right is impossible to hit, licorice prevents combos from hitting it from below and it's difficult getting combos to remain at top of board to hit it from side, nowhere near enough moves

Awful level. Cannot make any combos that hit the spawners, they go off in the middle of the board. So frustrating. Help please
I've been playing for 5 years and have never won it...
Couldn't beat this even with the full stocking. 2 x CB/CB didn't even help. Eventually passed on my first attempt just using all three boosters.
Another impossible level I've hit the spawners so many times and still they don't disappear beginning to think there's a glib in the game even used boosters and they still stay I'm hoping for a lucky board soon

Ugh! I've been playing around 5 yrs. Won 2 jackpots. Play every day. Less lately but still open the app and play a game. The last 500 levels have been less entertaining for sure

Looks easy on the video...not as easy for me...broke one spawner but don't know how many times I had to hit it...hoping for a lucky board..and I have never won a jackpot either...

Eventually passed the level by making striped candies in the top right - so when you swipe them together they hit both the spawners. It may have been a lucky board as it kept generating the two stripes time after time until the spawners exploded. Had to use a hand to clear the last jelly. Previously had tried everything - fish. colour bomb combos, striped / wrapped combos. Good luck!
