Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4060 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4060 is now a hard level, although not classified as such at the moment.
It is a straightforward jelly level and the only way to pass is by using as many combos as you can and also try to get cascades going to save moves.
Working close to the bottom of the board will get cascades moving, but the problem then is that a lot of licorice will drop down from the top and block your moves.
The only way to stop the licorice from taking over is to use combos that will clear it at the same time as clearing the blockers and jelly.
If you can manage to make a colourbomb/wrap combo this will go some way to clearing the board, but any combo will help. The fish from the floats can be useful, but you need a lot to do any good and you are unlikely to get enough to make a lot of difference. The fish are most useful when you only have a few jellies left to clear.
The video below was made before the moves were reduced but give an idea of the strategy involved in clearing the level.

The development and QA team of King should not procreate. Monsters like them should just cease to exist.

First post of 2019? I got 15 extra moves on the spin and wasted precious hammers and still not quite there. Very hard level with few options for moves or hitting the floats. Needs a change. A new years resolution for king and a lucky board for me please.

Candy crush has taken the fun out of this game. Been playing 2 dots which is fun, challenging, stress free and not by king! Give it a try
I reckon i'd smash this as well with 27 moves like ALL the help videos have. I do not believe this is possible with 18 moves unless you massively fluke it so whats the point ?? Embarrassing from King.
Too much licorice man!! I'm sure it's possible without boosters, but it will take one hell of a lucky turn. Rubbish really...
So I did it 6 tries later. No boosters, but I needed 12 of the 15 extra moves I got from the free spin plus an extraordinary amount of luck. Pleased to see the back of this one. Onward.

The comments here helped. I added a fish booster to full bot (2 color bombs, 2 wrapped candies, 2 striped candies, 3 extra moves) and finished with 5 moves to spare. Good luck everyone, thank you, and happy crushing!

Here we go again, another game I have been on for days and still not getting anywhere near finishing. Come on KING sort this game out and bring back the ENJOYMENT of CANDY CRUSH. LUCKY BOARD PLEASE, LUCKY BOARD PLEASE.
What a boring level! Stuck for days. I'm thinking of just giving up with this ridiculous game! Grrrr!!
Another insanely hard level and of course the video is a cake walk. Seems I have to hit the blockers over and over again. But like all the others I will pass it. My nephew must have a boat load of boosters because he is running strings of 50, 60 and more levels passed weekly. I have not had 20 + for a long time. My fantastic five, well still have not hit the top but now it is only 5000, not 10,000 but still don't get players always one or 2 laggards. Maybe this time and the new spinner with stars instead of jackpot boosters. Why not get rid of the fish and add the stars. I have it the fish so many times and yet they say the probability of each one is even. No, but I did have a nice little run of jackpots. I think I up to 6 and that was in a very short period of time considering how long the spinner has been here.
again.....reduce the moves, now only 23. and it seems the fish doesnt help to clear the blocker. sofrustrated playing this game

It's ridiculous!!! Every level is so fuckin difficult from 4000 and after...2 months and I 've passed only 60 levels!!! Posting for luck again one more time as in every level!!! Babis from Greece
Every board is a lucky board level now.
You will win once you get your lucky board. Keep playing until you get your lucky board.
That's the only way to win at Candy Crush anymore. You have to keep playing until you get your lucky bored.
Eventually you will get your lucky board at you will win and move on to the next level, just like every single level you have played until now.
Keep plugging away, and you will win it. You just need to get your lucky board.
Oh yeah, and don't spend any money. They give you free boosters. Use them when you feel like you need to, but don't spend any money!!!
I have used two color bobs together , as well as all y other Boosters except one. Please , any help with a lucky board would be appreciated
I can't believe these impossible levels, where, once again pure luck is required. 22 moves to clear 23 jellies, some 3 layers... Without boosters, this is just impossible. Why not make levels where at least some strategy is required, rather than plain luck. How fun is thta, playing til you happen on a lucky board... YAWN!!!!!!

I hate levels that are virtually impossible with out a lucky board. I can’t get any closer than 10-11 jellies on the board. This level is pure luck,so I would like a lucky board please. I’ve been on this level way too long!
Hi, me again! I’m still on this level and still not getting anywhere. With all the layers and so few moves, you need a combo every move I think. Please send me a lucky board !!!
Finally found the board I give up on. This is impossible to complete without charging money for boosters. I rather stop playing than charge money. Bye Candy Crush. Its just way to aggravating to play your game. Not enjoyable at all.
