Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4090 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4090 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. It is a jelly level which looks deceptively easy but is really quite tricky to pass without boosters.
You need to clear the chocolate down the middle but once you do this you will get 7 move bombs dropping from the dispenser which can be tricky to clear.
As you are clearing the jelly grow the frog and it can be used either to clear the jelly in the top corners or, if you are desperate, use it to clear any bombs that are about to explode. It doesn't take long to grow the frog so you will be able to grow it more than once.
The chocolate can be a problem if you don't clear it completely as it will quickly take over and block your moves, so it is best if you can clear it as long as you don't waste moves simply chasing it around, try to clear it at the same time as you are doing other things.

It happened to me yesterday ... an endless fall through the upper conveyor
Feels like I'm stuck in some beta version where they are still trying to work out how many moves there should be. Playing less and less everyday...it's just too hard now...
Like you said it looks an easy level but I'm finding it very difficult to pass hoping I get a lucky board soon PLEASE š

There's a glitch in this level and I see someone posted as far back as Dec. 31sth about having to exit the game because the endless candies dropping from the middle! Has happened to me twice now....so here I am hoping for that lucky board. RB

Challenging, but very straightforward. Clear the chocolate ASAP while looking to make color bombs. Match those color bombs with regular candies matching the color of the frog and/or prevalent numbers of countdown bombs. Land the frog on the upper corners of the conveyor belt to clear the jelly in those corners first, then use it to help collect the last of the jelly or if necessary to stop the countdown bombs if they are about to detonate.

Impossible for me. Not even close to finish. Stuck here after... How many tries???? No idea. This is another nonesense by King. They'd better do anything else rather than designing these fucking levels.

Need a lucky board! I had the glitch where the jellies keep falling through the portal too. So annoying and only way to stop was to exit from game :(

Not sure how the frog will make this easier. Mine only grows if the candies to grow are matched with frog—no credit for candies anywhere else but in the same combo as frog. Frustrating because impossible to grow with only top candies AND keep chocolate down AND bombs AND jellies.

I found the advise of Eric (above) to be helpful (Land the frog on the upper corners of the conveyor belt to clear the jelly in those corners first) While doing this work on the middle blockers. If you wait to do the corners to the end it will probably be too late.

Wish I had the 22 moves showing in the video. I only have 13 and it's not enough! Not sure why they dropped the number so low.
Um, no frog or conveyor for me. Have 10 moves to clear 92 jellies with chocolate (one single plus two each double and triple chocolate down the middle. At least the 9-count bombs aren't a problem but have exhausted all my boosters. Help!!

I don't understand how this level is possible. I've looked at cookies video and I don't have a frog on my game. Given the tiny amount of moves it seems like you'll only pass it when the game decides to play itself. I'll never understand the point of levels like this.
