Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4091 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4091 is a jelly level and as long as you follow the order of what needs to be done you should be able to pass it without boosters.
The frog on the left is yellow so you can only grow it by collecting the keys which drop down from the dispensers on each side of the spawner at the top of the board. As you are collecting the keys you need to keep the spaces open for the keys to drop out and at the same time be very careful not to clear the yellow candies on the left as they are unlocked as these will grow the frog as it moves up the conveyor. The frog, once grown, can then be used to clear the single jelly in the bottom right square.
If you clear the yellow candies by mistake all is not lost, but the single jelly can only be cleared by using either a double wrap combo near the bottom of the board or a double colourbomb combo. Much better to try to keep the yellows to grow the frog.
The sooner you clear the jellies under the key dispensers the better chance you have of completing the level, once those jellies are cleared and the keys are collected you can forget about the spawner and concentrate on clearing the remaining jelly. It doesn't matter if the spawner locks the two squares at the top once the jelly is gone as this won't prevent candies dropping onto the board.

This is a tricky level...I don't really get it yet...
The level has changed since there is double jelly under the yellow candies on the left section. So, you need to unlock them all (it doesn't work as in the video, where the upper 2 remain unlocked) and hit them all twice. With the moves reduced to 16, it's quite impossible.
However I had a lucky board and could manage unlocking all the yellows, grow the frog and have only 5 jellies left but 3 cb on the board with 5 moves left. I used the frog for the jelly in the bottom. Then 1 move for the 2 jellies on the main board and completed it with 1 cb for each candy color remaining under the yellows. Incredible.

I'm not getting close. Spawners block the candies to quickly and I can't get the keys to drop. I've been trying for days. Hope I'll get lucky soon.

If you are determined to win this level without any boosters then by all means use Cookies suggestions. If you just want to pass start out with some boosters. try not to let the upper blocks near the spawner get blocked. Try to do whatever you can to get the keys quickly. Don’t worry about the frog or the yellows. If you get the keys they will clear and the frog will move along. I hit a wrap combo and hit a bunch of yellows and was worried I lost the game but I was fine. I wasted so many tries following cookies comments when I should have just played like I usually do and try to get rid of the jellies as best I could

Well once again King changed the board. Guess it wasn’t hard enough.
Keeping the spawner from blocking the key drops is the hard part. Once that happens you are pretty much done with this board.
The fewer moves have left me with one or two jellies I probably could of got if I have the original 20 moves.
So once again I’m waiting for the lucky board or several lilpop hammers
After two or three "normal" levels, difficult but not impossible, here we are again. I had the illusion that Kings learnt the lesson, by saying how many players are quitting and the statistic of the downloads to decide to build more human and intelligent levels. I was wrong. Again here the number of moves is ridiculous, the only way to free the locked candies under the key dispenser is to hammer them. And you need a lot of keys to hit, so that when finally you have collected all of them you do not have enough moves left to clear the jelly. Again Kings wants you to spend money, money, money, money, money! In a nutshell: either you pay or you stay for two or three days and after around 500 tries you'll get for sure the lucky board to the next level. Stupid and boring!
It's now virtually impossible as the yellow candies need hitting twice as they then change colour. Time maybe to give up I've never complained on any level but this should be rated nightmare level and I've not come across a harder one
Reading the comments (after 10-15 useless attempts) I thought this will be tough. Actually, after reading Cookies advices and using half a bot I got it with 1st try. Started with CB+Wrap, the wraps got 2 keys with 1stexlosion right side and hit again with the second explosion left side, so I had already some yellows. Concentrated mainly on the keys. Maybe the board has changed, but the sometimes blocked candies under the spawner can be opened quite easy (with normal 3 or 4 in a row, with stripes from the bottom etc). Mine were blocked several times and I opened them until the jelly under was gone, then it doesn't matter. Took the frog for the one bottom candy and got a CB which was useful, too. Didn't even need all moves. So, crushers...if I can do it, you can, too!
More moves please. Then it may be doable. Or that famous lucky board

Why, why, why do I keep playing this ridulous game! I used to buy the bank occasionally but for the last 1000 games, I refuse since the levels are so obviously rigged against winning.

Ridiculous level again. You can't make it on your own, you need a "lucky board".
Even with using all the boosters you can't make it.
I did enjoy the last 10 levels, you had to think for yourself and you could pass the levels.
But this is another level where you have to wait till CC thinks "well it is about time she can move on let's give here a lucky board".
And that is so very boring!!

I go to candy crush to have fun passing levels is fun playing the same stupid level over and over again is not fun. Why change the board? This is getting to be monotonous and the fun is not there. I would like to relax unwind and have some strategy but this is ridiculous game after game.

Just love it when my Candy Crush time is limited to under 5 min because an impossible level with so few moves is my only option. Appreciate you King for doing what I have so much trouble doing myself... not playing.

Tough level. I tried a few times on my own without viewing the blog or videos, then followed Cookie's tips and the comment tips as closely as I could, still failed a few more times, eventually cleared it by luckily hitting a +15 moves and still did it with only 3 moves remaining. I used color bombs to grow the frog and free up the keys, eventually using the frog for jelly cleanup. I never did clear the dastardly dispenser. Good luck everyone, thank you, and happy crushing!

The five levels before this one were a joy, but it sadly ended with this one. Not sure inunderstand. Was close and thought I needed to kill the spawner, but apparently not. Continuing to plod along, but it’s discouraging to need more moves.

i grew the frog and never moved him and the traveled up the middle left and as i opened keys he simultaneously took out two yellow candies and cleared that side of the board as if by magic..i never took out the spawner either.
