Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4122 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4122 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level with 5 colours and candy canes and curls to make life difficult.
The first thing you need to do is clear the cakes, there are stripe dispensers at the top of the board and you should make moves under them to get the stripes dropping so that you can use them to clear the cakes, the stripes will drop diagonally to fill the spaces if you need them in the outer columns to hit the cakes. Don't try to clear the licorice down the middle, there is no need and you will just waste moves.
The first cake will unlock the locked licorice and collect the key, which will unlock more stripe dispensers. The second cake will clear the licorice and blockers so you will be able to see the jelly in the middle of the board.
Once the cakes are cleared you need to look at the board and work out what you need to do to clear the remaining jelly.

Achieved on first try. I started with the Fish Booster. Things dropped into play quite readily and then I got the ribbons and the "Party Booster" or Pinata. After that it only took a few moves to complete.

I see people referring to "PFL" or PFI. What in the world is that?
I finished it on my first attempt with full space dash boosters, used stripe + wrap combinations to finish off the first cake, which collected the key, releasing the licorice and stripe candy dispenser. Stripes, direct hits, and a stripe + wrap combination easily finished off the second cake. Most of the jelly has been collected, a few moves finishes the cleanup. I was fortunate to get the gift boxes between cakes, actually finished off the jellies with a pinata (12 jelly with it). I had plenty of moves left and would have finished it without that assistance. This level is proving to be quite difficult, having played dozens of times and not even close. Hoping King gives that elusive 'lucky board' soon.

this is not even classified as a hard level!!! I can even get the cakes to explode, never mind getting the middles columns. The striped candies always fall in the wrong column Posting for lucky board!

Why do we play this game?!?!? It's boring and impossible! It used to be fun about 2000 levels ago! Now its just pure luck to pass every level! Every level from now on is ALL luck! NO skill! This what I call a boring and a useless waste of our time! I'm quitting this stupid game! What's the point in playing when all you do is move pieces around until the level is failed. And then play again....and then we wait around for a lucky board! What are we stupid or something

Another nasty level! Even worse than the one before.
This is a particularly painful and boring level. I’ve spent about $14.99 trying to pass it but no luck. I really don’t want to spend more than that.
