Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4128 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4128 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. It is a jelly level and some of the jelly is under the locked cells around the candy cane fence.
Avoid clearing the chocolate inside the candy cane fence, there is no jelly there and the chocolate will eventually cover the key and collect it for you, if you clear some of the chocolate and stop it from growing you may not be able to collect the key to unlock the locked cells. Another problem you will have if you clear the key using some kind of combo instead of leaving it for the chocolate is that it also releases bombs which will be hard to clear.
If you do stop the chocolate from spreading you can still collect the key by growing the frog using a colourbomb, but this is harder that just letting the chocolate do the job.

My chocolate didn't eat the key because of the blockers stopping them from spreading onto the key. Wound up having to use lollipop near the end for the key and the filled frog (that was covered with chocolate).
Passed on first try! Chocolate got the key.

I ended up spending a couple of days on this, very frustrating. If you let the chocolate get the key, I didn't have enough moves left to clear the jelly as I found the only moves available were no help whatsoever in clearing the liquorice. I'd used up my hammers and switches so went back to collect sugar drops to replenish stocks. In the end I went with everything and did the double colour bomb. Then used two hammers to set off the striped candies between the bombs when they were at 1 and then needed one switch to complete before the bombs went off again. Funny how some people pass a level easily and others struggle with a seemingly innocuous board. Nanny Annie

Totally agree! There are some people posting on here that seem to win EVERY level on the first try and others struggle days or even weeks to pass....seems so UNFAIR!

I can't believe that I am complaining because chocolate did not grow, but I am. Only 3 chocolate grew in the lower left so, obviously, it didn't swallow the key. Grrrrr

Hard but not impossible. Needs a bit of luck so remember bombs have a countdown of 9. So concentrate on main section and try not to release key until you only have 9 moves left as bombs difficult to clear. I am nearly there now i know that!!

Thank you for the tip! I let the chocolate grow but it didn't eat the key, and i think it was not a bad thing because as soon as the key is eaten, the bombs drops with their countdown and it is very difficult to manage them. I use 1 hammer to get the key when just 9 moves left. Meanwhile, i played on the main section in order to clear all i can. I got it. First try.

Still working on passing, but have found if you hit any candy in the bottom left section, the chocolate will not grow on those squares. Wish I had some hammers!
So I had 8 squares remaining and spun the wheel and got 5 more moves. Usually the game adds 5 extra moves to all your bombs. No. It didn't. So I had one bomb with 1 move left before the spin and it still had one move after winning 5 free moves. So that did no good. Very hard level otherwise. The game takes all your moves except 8 to finally get to the key. Then there is so much licorice it is impossible.

I don't and never did have a wheel to get extra moves...that would be nice. I let the chocolate eat the key but then not enough moves to finish. I am finding this level hard. And I agree ..why do some seem to just pass every level and I struggle for days...I got this far so I know what I am doing....posting for luck

One frustrating thing about this one is there's no point in using/winning an extra moves booster because the bombs will get you! Even a CB can cause you problems if it stops the chocolate reaching the key (unless you have a spare hammer to get the key). My tip is to try and concentrate on clearing the right hand side of the board first and then turn your attention to the other side once the bottom squares are unlocked.
Seems impossible to cover all the Chocolate, the yellow key and deal with the nine moves keys. Will be stuck here forever...

I had issues finishing this level when I played it on Friday (3/22/2019), it took several attempts with full bot boosters (2 color bombs, 2 wrapped candies, 2 striped candies, 3 extra moves). I found that the chocolate wasn't collecting the key for me, I had to do it myself with a combination, standard match, or hammer. All the obstacles (chocolate, blockers, countdown bombs) make this difficult to complete the jelly orders. The frog helps a lot with both the obstacles and jelly. Combinations are a must: any color bomb combination, wrap + wrap, and stripe + wrap. Good luck, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!
Started with a cb/cb from bot...it got the key and the frog was bloated...hit some jelly on the right side then moved the frog to the right side to grow again. Kept clearing the jelly and used the frog on a stripe to get the bombs on the far left side. Got it second try because I wasn’t watching the move countdown the first time and ran out of moves with 4 jellies I could get.

Followed advice of letting choc grow to eat key. No boosters used. Took some lives but finally got it
Very hard level get down to last 6 files or so but then out of moves definitely need a lucky board or so hope one is not to long coming

This level is very impossible, hv been stuck on this level, played many times but not even get close to pass. and more frustrated i got so, i will stop playing this. game shd be fun!!!

Why do we play this game?!?!? It's boring and impossible! It used to be fun about 2000 levels ago! Now its just pure luck to pass every level! Every level from now on is ALL luck! NO skill! This what I call a boring and a useless waste of our time! I'm quitting this stupid game! What's the point in playing when all you do is move pieces around until the level is failed. And then play again....and then we wait around for a lucky board! What are we stupid or something
Either stupid or bored. Tried all tips but there is just not enough moves to complete. Not wasting boosters just waiting as usual for that lucky board.
