Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4138 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
All you have to do to complete level 4138 Candy Crush Saga is to destroy the two spawners at the bottom of the board.
You can't make matches beside the spawners so you will have to make vertical stripes and combos to hit them. Stripe/wrap combos are good as they will hit both spawners at the same time, as will double wrap combos if you switch them at the bottom of the board. Double wrap combos will hit the spawners twice so are worth the effort of making them near the bottom.
The fish won't help at all so you may as well forget about them, they will target the spawners but they don't count as a hit when they do. The only use for the fish is that they will clear the licorice and the countdown bombs that drop if you clear one of the spawners first.
There are now 5 colours on the board which makes this level quite a bit harder than the videos show, but the strategy is the same.

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 221 of 221Perhaps there is a good news. Prviously, some fellow players said that they passed this horrible level blowing just one spawner and I did not believe them up to when today I just completed it in the same way.
So, how did I do it? Concentrate in hitting one spowner only and luckily you will succeed. I confirm+ you need of a proper 5 hits, fish don't count.

Mine has candy cane stripes surrounding the bombs so no double wrapped candies or stripes can reach them. Fish are useless for the spawners, it's literally impossible for me to hit them.
It's like they want me to quit.

Can only pass this level with a lucky board. Combos are really hard to make...I don’t have a supply of hammers so guess I’m going to have to wait for a lucky board again :-( :-(

Read everyone's comments and then tried. On my second attempt where one spawner exploded there were bombs falling. After matching a bomb the game was over! The game shows you need 2 spawners. It seems to me WHAT YOU NEED IS ONE SPAWNER AND ONE BOMB. Had many moves left. Good luck!! dr.
This level makes no sense.
At least in other impossible levels one had the illusion that the player could possibly affect the outcome.
If the company is unable to release new games every week then they simply shouldn’t.
Retire this game King if you no longer want to spend time creating a playable experience.
214 comments and not many who won the level, and The comments that did, mostly didnt even now how. This is redicoules. I've hit tha spawners so many times, nothing happens. And not the fish and not hammers. Have tried everything. As of May 1st,the level is still as stupid as it gets. How did you all move on? ����

Another horrible level . Almost impossible to make combos, let alone position them in the right place . This is no fun at all just frustration& stress 👎
I'm not sure if it helped but I passed this level after I tried this: as much as possible avoid breaking the candy cane fences that release the licorice. I seemed to make more wrapped and striped candies doing this. (They did eventually break as they are hard to avoid.) The fish do actually serve a purpose but not until you clear one of the spawners; they take out bombs. The board is different from what's in the video, though. There is an extra row (of only two squares) on the bottom left and bottom right. And I had the glitch of passing when only 1 spawner broke but I didn't pass until a few moves after it broke. Weird.
Had 3 stripe wrap combos that hit both, and hit fish spinners too. On the 3rd one both spawners disappeared, so maybe the fish aren't worth anything alone? But they cleared it for me.

Fish now work so using stripes to hit for fish will remove at least one dot from corner of spawner sometimes more if several fish are released.
