Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4165 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4165 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect 3 popcorns and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The popcorns will be provided by the lucky candies that drop from the dispenser on the right and through the portal into the middle part of the board. You need to get the lucky candies through the portal before you change any to pocorns, if a lucky candy changes to a popcorn in the far right under the portal it will be hard to grow it and you won't get any more dropping, so try to get three onto the board before you change them into popcorns.
To begin with try to clear some of the waffles on the conveyor on the left, this will allow stripes to drop from the dispenser at the bottm of the conveyor. Save the stripes until they are in the bottom left corner and then switch them together to hit the fishing float, this will clear more waffles and also give you fish which will help to clear the blockers and jelly.
You need to look carefully at the whole board before every move as there are different dispensers which you need to keep an eye on. The combos from the dispensers will be the best way to complete this level.

I finally got this one using the first three boosters of the stocking with the three extra moves and finally managed to get a good layout so I could get the three mystery candies out in a row. Then tried not to set them off too early. I worked on clearing the jelly and used a hammer on the last popcorn which gave me a CB combo to finish clearing. I nominate this level as the worst one in recent memory!
This level is very very annoying. Lot of luck required. Worse my space dash has gone missing

I must've had a lucky board because I finished on my first try. Had full space dash and used a fish booster. I was also fortunate to have the 2 CB's next to each other to switch. The key to finishing were the stripes that fell from the bottom right. Did a lot of switching stripes to hit the popcorn and waffles. Good luck!

Beginning with CB combo doesn't work out for me. It erases the waffle under the dispenser and lets a checkmark fall. But at the same time the combo hits the float and the fish - always - goes for the checkmark, turning it into a popcorn and blocking the dispenser.
Another crap level! My advice is not to play with the full bot. Only go as far as getting the 3 extra moves. As previously pointed out, you need to clear the waffles under the dispensers and have the checks drop down. You don’t want to hit the check until at least 3 have appeared on the board, otherwise you will block more from falling. I got some ribbons which helped to grow the popcorn to a CB. I used 2 hand switches early on to match a stripe and CB. It opened up the board and I was able to continue matching stripes. I think it was a lucky board.

There just aren't enough moves to get all popcorns and jelly. Too many blockers to start with. I guess I'll just wait for King to add an extra 20 moves...
I can't believe this. I just spent a whole hour of free lives on this level, trying every strategy possible, and I got nowhere near finishing.

Same problem as Jan 14. The Fish always turn the check mark into a popcorn under the dispenser.
It took about 4 attempts. I had some boosters up at the start ( stripe/wrap, choc ball and Fish. Very quickly found that I had some ink ups on the boards (a couple of stripes and wraps) and 3 popcorn to destroy. I managed to use a hammer to get two choc balls together and that wiped out 2 of the 3 problem popcorn and cleared a lot of licorice/jelly. The stripes that fell down from the bottom left took care of the rest of the jelly and the remaining popcorn.
Well i need a lot of luck. Have only managed to get 2 popcorns on the board so far and needs a lot of luck to clear them
Simply impossible. I thought kings understood how stupid is to build levels like this one, but I was wrong. They need money, and they'll get from some stupid players who will buy 20 hammers to go through. I cannot believe anybody could pass this level. No chance without paying

Sat on this sucker for a week and had followed the advice to "not start with a full set of bots--even tried the saucer with no luck. Decided to heck with it, and started with the full bot. Bingo! First time with 3 moves left! UGH!
YAY! I finally did it! Ive deleted the APP. Sick of this rubbish now, CC turned into a joke. This is one customer no longer willing to spend on fixed levels! ADIOS KING, no more profit from me!

That was tough with no boosters/space dash. It was so hard to get the popcorn in the right place but a double wrap to the side of the portal dropped them down. I was lucky to get a double sprinkle which cleared almost all of the jelly.

Tough level. I struggled with it, but got through. Hit the popcorns with combinations, especially stripe + wrap or wrap + wrap. The popcorn in the top right is isolated and difficult to hit. If necessary, add a lucky candy (check mark) booster to make a popcorn in an easier spot to hit. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!

This is bloody impossible. 3 popcorns with 23 moves & al that jelly . None of the specials on the conveyor belt line up with them either. Just stupid boring nonsense . There are So few moves available I’m gettung constant reshuffles- very badly designed level .

I've rarely seen King provide much help to anyone, sorry to say. In fact, generally it's the exact opposite. King seems to have King's interest alone as their primary focus.
How many of us has *not" lost boosters, gold, etc, much of which was paid for in actual cash, and had King reimburse them?
Here, good luck (lucky boards, etc.) inexplicably seems to follow many on this board who simply ask for good luck. Faeries? Wandering sentient energy fields having a bit of multi-dimensional fun over space and time? Who knows?
Just a thought.

I agree that there is no point to the wrapped candy dispenser unless you can swap it and it drops down to the popcorn. I've been playing this for days and got as close as one left. Ridiculous.

All my friends gave quit! Tell you anything about this game???? Insane tp keep waiting for permission to pass levels. Boosters don't even help so why would anyone spend money on this, I stay out of curiosity. Just waiting to see how long before they take it down.
This game is so stupid its all luck, everyone here either needs a lucky board or starts with a full SD or boosters. There is no actual skill any longer, the minute someone comes on here and bitches they usually pass very very soon or they move on to other games. I used to spend $ never again and I havent for a while oh well way to keep losing players!!!
Impossible, impossible, impossible. Just cannot be done..disconnected boards, can't ever get a stripe to hit all the right places...the way they line up will never be in your favor..just a set up to fail over and over and over...usually have no choice of moves, especially in beginning until board opens up..another big joke
King sucks, programmers suck..create levels that cannot be beaten. Well unless you get dicine intervention. After trying this level 100's of times I have reached my limit with this one. I even have an hour of chocolate ball, stripes and wraps to start. Doesn't do any good. You have so few candies to start that you are forced to use these when they do nothing for you. Everything is blocked or needs multiple hits to clear. Because the board is disconnected in oarts and so odd shaped, some spots are slmost impossible to hit or clear...having to get a stripe in just the right square and then being able to set it off. Not a fun game any more

In one corner a load of liquorice so you can't get stripes, the wrap gets stuck in the top so no more can come out, takes ages to get fish out you need more moves than 23 this game is so selfish it just wanta you to buy buy buy well i'm not please give me more moves candy crush or king please

Omg this is so annoying. I love the way cookie or whoever is doing the example just gets sprinklers out of nowhere. I can't even remember how many times I've done this but reaching my boiling point.
