Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4149 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4149 Candy Crush saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
I'm sure this is still possible without boosters since the moves were reduced, but you will need a fair amount of luck to do it.
The main focus at the start should be to clear the cakes and this will clear most of the jelly and also some layers from the waffles at the bottom of the board.
You need to collect the keys bottom left to unlock the lower part of the board and also a line of striped candies below the cakes. Switch the stripes as soon as they are unlocked to clear most of the cake sections.
The ingredients will drop through the portals into the row where the keys were and from there they will drop through to the conveyor when there is space for them, which means you will have to clear some of the waffles to give the ingredients room to drop through.
Once the ingredients are on the conveyor use stripes or combos to clear the waffles from below them so that they can get to the exits. The ingredients will drop from the conveyor as they move to the right side of the board but you may not have enough moves left for this to happen.
I used a jelly fish booster to make the video below and it helped quite a lot so if you have one it is a good idea to use it.

Done 1st time 2cb together then get keys asap lots of stripe&wrap fall so great help
Just got here yesterday but agree with Ed that this is a very hard level. I’m tired of trying over and over and not getting close at all. It’s not fun just waiting for a lucky board.
Started with CB combo. Had to use a swap and a hammer to get the last 4 jellies which were under the right cake. No more stripes fell to help get them.

We all know hard levels only mean we have to try them over and over until the lucky board shows up. That sucks, but that's how it is with this game....unless you have loads of hammers and swipes...which I don't.
So I guess I'm going to be trying this one for the rest of this week, AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!

Spent most of my moves trying to collect keys. The last one was hardest. Then suddemly I got the famous lucky board woth a colour bomb then a double at the right time so hang in there and it will come!!
Another unimaginative, impossible level from KING. Spend a majority of your moves trying to get the stupid keys and then by the time you clear any of the cakes, you're out of moves. I've tried full booster with every extra booster I can possibly imagine and nothing. I don't mind a challenge if I'm getting close but this level is complete BS. This may very well be the one that causes me to quit all together.

I have been stuck on this level forever. Boosters don't help, either. Tried fish 5 times, never got one to come out on the board after first. I haven't even been close yet!

I take all my comments back. This probably the hardest level I have ever experienced in this game. I have only gotten 1 of the fruit free in 3 weeks!
Well!! Stuck here 8 days and nowhere near apart from the once when a glitch robbed me!!!! Time to quit as it’s really boring now

Was stuck on this for nearly a week and was going to give up. Got +15 moves on the wheel today which finally did it. Boosters no help. With the extra moves I managed to get x2 CB together which did the job. Hopeless without this kind of luck
Why does it depend on what you play on if you get boosters and special things. A wheel to give you 15 extra moves...well I wish I had that!! Very unfair playing field. I want my helmets back and maybe I would not have to play these levels over and over and over...boring...posting for a lucky board...

Another rough level. I added full booster stash, still struggled. I barely passed with an extra spin yielding me more moves. The cakes detonated on the same move, yet one of the ingredients stayed behind. I then had to make combinations in the top left quadrant and use stripe + wrap combinations to reduce the waffles and get the ingredient dropped down. Why do we play this game?!?!? It's boring and impossible! It used to be fun about 2000 levels ago! Now its just pure luck to pass every level! Every level from now on is ALL luck! NO skill! This what I call a boring and a useless waste of our time! I'm quitting this stupid game! What's the point in playing when all you do is move pieces around until the level is failed. And then play again....and then we wait around for a lucky board! What are we stupid or something

Why do people, and I see “same” people and also “anonymous” which are probably a lot of times the “same” people saying they are “sooo done with “Candy Crush/King games, when they can’t beat a level or any level for that matter, super fast?!?! If you have come thus far and are STILL playing, you know good and well you aren’t going to either a.) quit playing anytime soon, b.) quit purchasing boosters, c.) quit ranting and raving that “KING” sucks and that they love raping people of their money and time, and/or, who do they think they are...they just don’t understand how hard and what cheaters they are etc etc etc....or D!!!!!!) all of thee above!!!! I mean...come on people....it’s a damn game...no one is holding a gun to your head and telling you that you have to play the damn game nor that you have to buy boosters and whatever else!!!! DAMN!!! Don’t play anymore if you don’t want to or it is making you so mad and so broke. You probably shouldn’t be playing and spending money in the first place then. Soooo stupid!!! Yes, it gets frustrating if you have played forever on one level or another, but that is the fun and challenging part of it. Otherwise it would be super boring if it were to be too easy. Many would be complaining that there wasn’t enough challenge to the game anyway if that were the case. If it is that hard, play a few and then give it a rest and try again another day. Quit complaining or quit playing! It’s that simple! Eventually you will pass. Complaining won’t change KING’S mind on making things easier just so you will pass first go ‘round. The creators don’t care for a second if you are mad especially if they DO continue to sucker everyone in to purchasing things. Others have a board to get their frustrations out and bitch to the lucky King gods, because many boards are pure luck at this level!!!
