Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4191 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4191 is an orders level, you have to collect waffles, clear all the cakes and collect yellow candies.
The way to complete level 4191 is to clear the four cakes, this will clear all the waffles, collect all the yellow keys and unlock the remaining three yellow candies which will match and complete the game.
As you can see from the comments above, you need to concentrate solely on clearing the cakes at the bottom of the board, use stripe and wraps and combos of these to clear the cakes. Colourbombs are only useful if you can switch them together or switch them with a stripe.

Just got the game this Wed. am and see they have 27 moves for me, not 30 Cookie got. At least chocolate didn't gain a layer.

I’ve been on his level for days and ready to quit. There are not enough moves. It’s hard to get the yellow keys and all the cakes...so frustrated and just not caring anymore. You need a very lucky board and the boosters CC took away from me :-( :-( :-(

Looks as if I have to post for luck again on this one. I finally passed the previous level and then this?!! REALLY!!
You don't need to focus on anything but clearing the cakes. The rest will be done by the cake explosions. I cleared the 2 cakes on the left but with 3 moves left I still had 2 slices in eack of the cakes on the right. I used 2 lollipop hammers to clear one of the cakes. When it exploded, it cleared the second cake, took care of the waffles, collected the key, and unlocked and collected the 3 yellow candies. Thanks for the great tips Cookie!

I have cleared the cakes and collected the three yellow candies but the keys aren’t counting towards the yellow candy count as they do in the video so I’ve still got 4 yellow candies to collect and none on the board. Not sure what to do..

Same thing is happening to me. When I clear a gold key it doesn't clear a yellow candy like it's supposed to. I could have been done with this level long ago if not for this glitch.
I do not have 30 moves as Cookie does, nor do I have 27 moves as some players have stated. I only have 22 moves and cannot even get close. Also my golden keys do absolutely nothing. I think the games has numerous glitches and is un-winnable. Could you pleasse send a lucky board - otherwise I will be forever stuck. Thank you. . .

Another piece of shit level, I think King likes it when everyone starts begging for a lucky board. It only shows whoever created the level sucks, because its impossible to do without King passing you along after a few hundred attempts without boosters and without spending a dime!!!
Another disgusting impossible level. Not nearly enough moves to come close. Lucky to clear 1 cake much less 4...absolutely disgusted with King all together. You guys suck.
Another impossible, stressful level. I need to quit cc due to the stress.
Took forever and most of my boosters to complete 4190. So relieved, and then I get to this stinker. Now down to 22 moves and I can't make a dent in the cakes with that few moves. One frustration after another. King really has ruined what used to be a fun game.

I just figured it out‼️ To find the remaining yellow candies you will need to simply update your app. I just passed the level right after updating‼️ Thank me later lol
This has been the worst level for me so far. After almost month of playing it everyday, I couldn’t stand it anymore and had to use one of those ice cream boosters, 3 hammers and two hand switches. Absolutely horrible.
I think this level is impossible. I have never cleared more than 2 cakes. The killer on the right side is the licorice. Even if you clear it, it comes back and you can't break through into the waffles. I don't even feel like playing since I'm getting nowhere. Boring.
