Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4219 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4219 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level and is a lot harder than it seems.
The first thing to do is collect as many keys as you can from the top section, if you can't unlock the lower section fairly quickly you are going to struggle to clear the jelly. If you run out of moves in the top section before you have collected all the keys you will need to make stripes and combos to get the remaining keys.
Once the keys are collected the next job is to clear the spawner from the middle of the board. Try to hit the spawner with every move until it is gone or it will begin locking the candies in licorice and then it is very hard to destroy.
Once the spawner is cleared you just need to make as many combos as you can to clear the remaining jelly.

Impossible level
This is a luck level. Keys are held captive in a small area surrounded by candy cane fences. Difficult to hit from outside. Passed eventually without boosters or space dash. Barb

I got the stocking- cb/striped and wrapper and 3 extra moves. I feel the 3 moves is the most important since not much fits in the 9 sq to start out. I did after reading everyone's comments felt defeated before I started. But other levels the comments gave me confidence. So I do need to trust myself! I did take the fish for extra ammunition on my 4th try!! Did succeed then and spawner seemed easier than other levels in the past. I did get down to 2 moves and needed my hammer and a hand to finish the game!! 3 stars so Im happy!

Very frustrating level! Had full stocking and reset so I can have a CB/CB combo. Used a UFO and had 10 jellies left. Used gold bars to get the 10 extra moves, then sacrificed another UFO to FINALLY finish this irritating level. Good luck! - Jen

This is the worst level yet. What are you thinking King? Not wasting anymore boosters or time on this level until it changes. If you are lucky enough to get the keys then the spawner freezes the board with no plays except top part. Done with CC until a change is made

Not happy!!!
Horrible level. Waited until ribbon boxes were available. Used full stocking and used many switches to get keys and spawner out quickly. Had to use hammers at the end, too.

It isn't necessary to get the keys to unlock the spawner. If it stays locked it can't spit out locked candies.
I came within 2 moves of beating this one while the spawner was still locked. If I'd had Hammers or Switch Hands I would be done with it now.

I agree with anonymous that posted on 29th at 14:38. I waited a little bit longer and cleared more of the lower section before unlocking spawner. Ended up having to use a hammer and a hand switch which was a small price to pay in looking at comments of those before me.
There are too many keys. By the time the spawner is unlocked the game is over.

After trying 10 times, the closest I got to finishing without boosters was with 6 jellies left, but I don't have 6 hammers, and I will never pay.
So I guess this is it for tonight, hoping tomorrow will bring me a perfect board.

Some people indicate that they reset the board until they get the combo they want.
Please someone tell me how you reset the board without losing a turn or losing the boosters. I haven't been able to do that for a long time.
IF you were lucky enough to earn 2 color bombs, and IF they were side by side when the board opened up you would at least get one layer off the board. However, even with that start, the possibility of collecting all of the keys is almost NIL. They are in a very confined space and it's extremely difficult to make a stripe that will hit one when there is no move in the top.
Another instance of waiting for a Lucky Board instead of being able to use skill.

My third day on this level and still getting nowhere. The closest I got was with one jelly left, but I had already used up all my hammers, so that was it.
This level is especially designed to make you pay, which I refuse to do. No matter if you use a SD, 2CC, etc, etc, the result is the same. When no more moves are available in the top box, and you can't get the keys, forget it.
So I guess I'll just try my 5 lives every day and if it does nothing, I'll do something else, not a big deal :)

My fifth day on this level, and still NOWHERE from being able to finish it.
I'm starting to get angry because certainly some have had lucky boards and have continued to advance....but why not give everyone a chance?

Me again....In all the years I've been playing CC, I've never EVER seen a level such as this one! It is just never giving even an inch of a chance.
I can't even get enough keys, and when I do, there are so little moves left that just getting rid of the spawner is rare and then forget it, never any moves to clear the waffles or jellies.
Is this punishment because I don't pay?
When you start a game and you don’t like the board setup touch the little wheel, far left bottom and the touch the red door with the arrow and you will be back on the main board to try again. Keep doing that until you get the board you want.

Well, no point in resetting this board level only the Candy Crush gods can help you here. I was just explaining to MT what resetting the board was. I came back to repost for luck as no one seems to be listening and I am not one to complain but I think I am now! š

Well, after 6 days of trying, I finally finished this nightmare level with a luckier board, the wheels 5 extra moves and use of five hammers.
Usually, I'm glad when I finish a hard level, but this one left me with a bitter taste. I'm not sure I want to continue now if this ismwhat other levels are going to look like. Of all levels frome number one, this was the absolute worst.
I hope other players will be luckier than me.

Well - under the spawner is a jelly, so you must open it at a certain point. In fact it's not difficult to destroy it (5 hits) - but you need this 5 hits. I didn't find the spawner the problem, but ti finish the jellies (some covered with liquorice or waffles) are the problem.
Where did you get the 5 hammers from if you hadn't any some days ago and don't want to buy sth?
You don't need boosters, they don't help much because to get the keys is more or less mere luck. Could open the board quite often without boosters and even destroy the spawner sometimes, but in the end I am always running out of moves. Best result was 2 jellies left, but one was covered with a thick waffle... And I only have 1 hammer left. So I am posting for luck...
Got 3 green ribbons in the 3x3 field, which was helpful. Finally had some jellies left in 2 corners and used a precious spaceship (I get them when I win at least one level 6 days in a row)
Concerning ribbons: you must always open the ribbons via a combo ASAP in order to get the next set of ribbons, first greens for stripes, then pink ones for wraps and finally a blue one for pineta. You only have a certain time for it (you see the time via a ribbon in the top over the playing field in a time line / full time = ribbon on the right side of this line)
I guess I got my lucky board on my third try; after failing with a colorbomb combo and a colorbomb/wrap combo. This time I did a colorbomb/stripe and luckily got all my keys. After clearing all jelly except for the spawner, it got destroyed just by cascading, so as far as I could tell, only one hit to it, so one of the easier spawners to get rid of.

So difficult to collect keys plus chocolate grows and liquorice falls down blocking moves really needs some luck with this level a lucky board is required
Me again wasting so many moves(and time) trying to collect keys which is allowing chocolate to grow and grow plus liquorice is also blocking moves think it's time to find something better to do as my patience is wearing very thin or maybe just maybe I will get a lucky board soon š”š”š”š”
After reaching level 4200 I can no longer get full bot by playing levels 2000 or 3711. Any way to correct this?

I guess King wants to just end the game!! This level is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! If your lucky enough to unlock all the keys, which is a challenge in itself!! The spawner, then locks the rest of your moves! Boring, senseless level..... Time to find a new pass time! Bye King!!
I got plenty of moves in the box in the beginning but no keys dropped until I had only 6 moves left so those went to get the keys! I used to pay to get extra boosts before but stopped that after spending a ton of money to finish a board only to have the game crash and all progress lost. This level is ridiculous and since it's not possible to gather boosts on other levels, it looks impossible.

Beat this level on 1st try starting with cbomb combo. Had 6 moves left when i finally collected last key. Spawner took 3 moves to destroy leaving me 2 jellies, one was easy to clear but top left jelly was impossible with q move left so i used a hammer
I waste lots of moves matching colors in the box with no keys. Have had color bombs all day but they really don;t do much in the box. Can't reset so no sense using any more boosters. Very frustrating level. Is not even fun...if I have to play for dayds at least the level should be more fumm. Posting for luck
Very difficult...using boosters in the box is no good unless you are a lucky one that can reset to have two together. I waste too many moves trying to get the keys...twice I have only needed one but out of hanmers again, Posting fore kluck. After two days this is very boring.
Third day now...even had a pinata and it did nothing...takes to long to get the keys and you have to hit the sdpawner more than once...by the time the keys are done and then the spawner there is not enough to clear the rest...getting frustrated...posting for a kucky board again...sure would like to move on
Day four...what a bore!! takes too long to get out the keys and there is seldom anywhere to make useful boosters. Had a couple hammers..thought I would get rid of the keys quick but after that there were no matches next to the spawner. Guess I am going to be on here for a week or more by the looks of things.

Not sure when the extra layers of chocolate were added but that could explain n the number of comments here. It would be a doable level if the board had remained the same or there were extra moves. Now it’s just rather dull

The Number_of_Plays_Before_Lucky_Board setting has been set quite high for this one, which makes it more boring than usual. The only possible tip is "play it over and over again until King let you pass". There is nothing you can do as a player, as this level is pure luck, and skill is not required at all.
Wow those waffles are annoying. They're like relatives at Christmas , multiplying and appearing out of nowhere! I so need a lucky board king, please.

After several tries I decided to delay getting the last key which opens the spawner. Otherwise, you end up wasting moves keeping the locked candy around the spawner at bay. Keep in mind that the spawner must be hit 5 times. There is a jelly under the spawner, so it must be destroyed. I slowed down and planned my moves after failing 3-4 times. I did use a fish booster and it was somewhat helpful but since I only have a couple, I wish I had saved it for later. Good luck!

This game Sucks!!!! Every level requires NO skill only luck! So what is the point in playing this game? All you do is move pieces around until you are out of moves....and then....DO IT AGAIN!!! Waiting around for a lucky board,which takes about a week!! And King even reduces moves for each level to make the impossible really NOT doable! Like I said,this game sucks!!!
