Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4239 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4239 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect two cherries to complete the level.
This level is all about timing, you need to clear the way for the cherries at exactly the right time to get them to drop through the portals. The image below shows where the ingredients need to go, They have to be unlocked and dropped onto the conveyor, from there they go up to the top corner of the top conveyor and then down the exit on the inner end of the conveyors.
The first thing you need to do is clear as much of the chocolate as you can to open up the board so that you can make some special candies and combos, as soon as you have room start to make the combos. Use the combos to unlock the ingredients and continue clearing chocolate.
Watch the cherries carefully and get either a stripe or combo ready, wait until one cherry is over the portal at the end of the conveyor and remove the licorice or candy from the top corner above it so that the cherry can go through. Once the cherry is over the exit you need to clear the way for it to drop through.
While you are collecting one cherry you should keep your eye on the second one and try to get it up to the top when you get the chance, if you leave them too long you will run out of moves.

Wheel booster helps, also had full stocking.
Had full stocking and coconut wheel. Combine 2 CB and had 18 move left! 3 stars

Help with a lucky board please!
After failed attempts I changed strategy. I played a lower level to get the Full Stocking (2 CB, 2 St/Wrap, 3 Xtra moves). I also used a Fish from my stash.
Rather than use the Switch Hand to combine the 2 CB at the start I played a few moves (stripes so I didn't risk detonating the CB) and tried to get stripes from the top dispensers.
The 2 CB ended up on the conveyor and I was eventually able to combine them.
I then concentrated on getting stripes onto the conveyor so I could shoot them into the Floats and get Fish. Because I used the CB later in the game a lot of the top section was clear so the Fish targeted the bottom row.
Omg I HATE HATE chocolate no boosters so trying to clear it is absolute nightmare just grows to quick whist I'm also trying to get cherries onto conveyor belt needing some luck here please 😒😒

This level sucks!!
Getting really tired of not having the same opportunities as other players as I no longer get a stocking that fills up with space dash. King refuses to put all players on a level playing field with the same chance of passing a level. Very frustrating! Trying to get past this boring level so will post for luck after all what can it hurt?
Less moves, no stocking...have used the wheel and tht helps but always a few away from the big win...posting for lucky board..

Interesting, challenging level. The tips by Cookie and the video demonstrate how to play the level well. Make combinations, striped candy + wrapped candy and color bomb combinations both clear a lot of the chocolate and licorice, usually releasing at least some of the licorice cages as well. As stated by Cookie, watch the paths of the cherries and set up ranged moves to drop them when in the proper positions. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!

Also, the chocolate keeps multiplying if you don't get a combo. Very frustrating, impossible level.

I dont even try to ask for a lucky board this game i puur luck. For. E , i play when i want to play. For the rest this ga me only fill up my spare moments i have to play a game. And sorry, this games of cc are. Ot. Y favoritr i play better games Sorry CC you are out
The key to this level is to know what you need to do. Not everything needs to be cleared. Get your stripes set up or a colorbomb or use a hammer or wheel so that when the ingredients are in the right spot you can clear the one jelly that will progress them. I had to use a hand swap because I was stupid and had the coconut wheel in the column I needed to clear rather than one over to the left or right. Oh, well. Still moving on. Good luck!

I keep seeing peeps saying stocking or full dash i dont have any of that i play on mobile so i have only been winning by luck or fluke..
The drop down showing sugar stars is blocking the top left of the board. Can’t see it to finish. Fix please
