Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4283 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4283 is a jelly level and as usual will need some powerful combos to clear it. The good thing is that there are some dispensers on the board that will give you stripes and wraps to help you clear the jelly once the board is opened up a bit.
The two yellow keys in the middle need clearing but the only way you can clear them is to use a double colourbomb combo or a double wrap combo as there are no yellows on the board to match them with and your combos will be blocked by the locked cells in the middle of the board. If you are not able to clear the keys you have to wait for the chocolate to eat them but this uses up quite a few moves, but this is the way the level works and it is possible to complete it after the chocolate has eaten the keys.
If you are unable to clear the keys you need to make as many special candies and combos as you can in the top of the board and try to save something to use to begin clearing the chocolate as soon as it is unlocked. There are two kinds of chocolate so it will spread very quickly if you are not ready for it.
Once the chocolate is unlocked you can treat the level as a normal jelly level and blast away with the best combos you can make, this will get rid of the chocolate as well as clear the jelly.
Use the dispensers whenever possible by making moves that allow the special candies to drop out. I managed to get two wraps together early in the game to clear the keys.

I started with a CB/CB combo, after which it was easy to clear the remaining chocolate and jelly. I finished with 17 moves spare.
Always seem to have to wait for chocolate to eat the keys but it seems to be doable even then i havent quite managed it as ran out of hammers when the 2 remaining jellies were doubles. You can't always tell!
The bugs are driving me crazy. I just hit a stripped with a CB and nothing happened. I'm done. THIS is too much. 4th glitch I've run up against. The chocolate stopped growing. Lost matches. THIS sucks King. Bad enuf this level is next to impossible. You have to throw in software issues too. WTF.Guess you really want to eliminate your player base.

Posting for a lucky board nowhere near enough moves
It takes 12 moves for the chocolate to clear the yellow and it is virtually impossible to complete the board with only 12 moves left. Most of us no longer have the options of resetting to combine cb or even replaying lower levels to gain boosters however, if you have two hammers, knock out the yellow immediately and the rest is a piece of cake.

Idk why but this level isn't working good for me. I'm unable to get the keys, I can't come close to making a chocolate ball combo to take them out. So I wait for the chocolate to take them then my board is over run with chocolate by the time Im down to 2 moves left I still have more then half the board to clear. I also have no boosters or hot.

There are two kinds of chocolate that over runs the board so fast, I'm unable to start with cb combo at all, there isn't enough room. I have to wait for the chocolate to eat the 2 yellow keys to open up the board but by then I can't get the chocolate under control. This board should be labeled hard. I'll try it again later. I've been playing for 90 minutes and have lost 43 lives ugh

Is raining heavily all day here, it's Sunday, great for binge watching Netflix.and to play cc. I've been playing this level for 8 hours on and off. With a 2 hr wrap/strike combo and haven't even come close yet. This definitely should be called a super hard level!!

Watched the video for tips and wondered how the two colorbombs just magically appeared on the video. I wonder how King can justify these videos when the actual game level is so different. The only explanation I can see is the game is fixed.

Played it like 10 times and the best I've done is having 51 jellies left to clear at the end.

Boosters don't even help at all because you can't do anything with the bottom two-thirds of the board until the keys are consumed by the chocolate, and by then you can't get ahead of the chocolate.

I did what bc said in the above comments, and used my only two hammers to knock out the keys. Was very easy to clear the board after that. Finally done with what was a horrid level!!

Yikes, what a horrid, boring level. It can’t even be a money generator for king as you can’t use any boosters, except maybe buying lollipops?! There just seem so many levels like this recently. I expect to take a while to pass levels at this point, but I just hate it when they’re so boring, and you don’t feel like you’re ever likely to even come close to winning, until the magical lucky board, or you have 2 hammers, in this case!!
