Level 4469 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. 

Try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to begin with, this will create mini cascades and these will clear some of the candy curls and give you a better chance of making good moves.

Although working near the bottom of the board is good when you have no moves that will make combos you should be looking for chances to make colourbombs from the start. Even if you have to use 2 or 3 moves to make a colourbomb it is worth it for the extra jellies you can clear with it.

Better still if you can make a colourbomb/wrap or colourbomb/stripe combo. This should get rid of the bombs and clear huge amounts of jelly in one go.

As with all jelly levels this is a matter of blasting away with as many powerful combos as you can make in as few moves as possible.
