Level 4481 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an orders level, you have to collect countdown bombs and waffles to complete the level.

The bombs drop from the dispensers in the middle section of the board on the right, but first you need to clear some of the licorice to give them space to drop out of the dispensers.

You need to keep the chocolate under control as you look for combos to collect the waffles and bombs so you'll need to make moves close to the chocolate if you don't have a combo handy to use.

I found the biggest problem with level 4481 was clearing the bombs before they count down. This is easier if you can make colourbomb combos so this is what you should be looking for. Stripe/wrap combos are helpful, but won't be enough against the licorice. There are two popcorns in the bottom right of the board but you are unlikely to be able to grow them both into colourbombs together, so when you grow one try to get a stripe or a wrap beside it and switch it. You should get several colourbombs in the course of the game but they won't always be in the best position to use with a stripe or a wrap so don't waste moves on them, just look for better moves.
