Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4486 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4486 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect the three cherries to complete the level.
The best way that I found to complete this level is to clear the blockers top left to release the stripes, then very carefully unlock the two colourbombs on the left without losing them. This doesn't always work as occasionally the one on the right drops down if the chocolate clears, but with patience it can be does. Once the colourbombs are unlocked switch them together.
Once you have switched the colourbombs you can then clear one, or both, of the cakes, this will finish off clearing the chocolate and the game will be completed.
However once the colourbombs are switched you need to clear the remaining chocolate within a few moves before it grows thick again, so it is important to clear the cakes quickly.
Use the stripes from the top right to finish off clearing the cakes, or make a stripe/wrap combo in the middle as this gets easier.

I don't know how I got so many hammers suddenly (almost 30 each hammers and hand switches.). so I used 2 hammers for the 2 color bombs. much easier after that and passed the level. prior to that I used CB,coconut wheel but no luck.

This was like being back on level 1 with usually only one possible move at a time ...until some decent boards came.

Now there is only 23 moves. I like how the video shows a stripe wrap combo popping up from a cascade in the middle of the board. The video clearly shows once again you either need to wait for that lucky board or spend money on boosters.
no boosters, 2nd try passed. 1st time came within 2 of passing. Switched the colorbomb with the red each time. But made moves prior to switching if any were available. Focused on growing the frog and placed on left side up top within the yellows. It is passable, and without boosters.
I got nowhere with this, so used my last 2 hammers to unlock the two candy bombs right at the start. All plain sailing after that! (still no idea how to pass this level without boosters)

Why can't you just make games that actually play out the way played, rather than programming cheats into the game. When I find a real game like that, this crappy game will be over for me.
Not getting many special candies so will hopefully get a lucky board.
