Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4513 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4513 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to clear all the candy curls and the jelly to complete the level.
You don't really need to take much notice of the candy curls except at the start as they will be cleared as you clear the jelly.
To begin with clear the way down the board until you have enough space to start making combos. Wraps are especially important as they will clear candy canes at the same time as jelly and will use left moves.
Getting rid of the chocolate at the bottom of the board will release stripes from the dispensers and these will help clear the bottom row of the board, try to switch them with wraps so you also clear candy curls.
As with all jelly levels the more combos you can make the better chance you will have of completing the level.

This took multiple tries as I didn't have watch a video option for more moves. Do not use a CB with wrap/stripe to start with a bottom locked key color because it isn't a key any longer, making it harder to unlock the board. Just unlock it with the CB matching color of key.

The board makes fun but is difficult, depending only on luck. In fact it changed from normal to nightmarish on the display. No good start possible with only few candies at the begin. I've been quite there with only 1 jelly left, but on PC there is no spin for further moves... Posting for luck!
Please fire whoever is making these levels.
All the recent levels are hard, and impossible for those who lost the full bot.
Now, we just need to wait and try every day for at least one week before getting the lucky board.

Just not enough moves, the two bottom keys are extremely hard to hit if you don't have side by side color bombs.
Either the games gives us extra moves soon or I just quit.

After reading the comments and numerous completely useless attempts, I threw EVERYTHING in this level and won with the last move (luckily a CB-wrap). Started with full set of my own boosters (fish ate the last jelly later, therefore good choice), used a precious ufo (present of the sticker-game) plus needed a hand switch for a good combo in between. Also had (accidentically during the game) a CB-CB combo. So... on the one hand ridiculously hard level - but doable with luck, a little view for good combos and boosters (ps: I did not buy one booster, but they were all presents by playing those games like Rami, sticker game, daily spin etc)
The stupidity of each subsequent level seems to increase exponentially.
Tough level, thankfully my partial bot from passing two levels and the run of free fish helped a lot. Make color bombs or other specials to collect the keys and open up the board, utilize the stripe dispensers when possible, and blast away at the jelly in the middle. Ranged attacks for the top stripes once they unlock. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!
I'm about to give togive it a go. startinng with a color bomb from bot. Perhaps King will throw me a friendly Wards also
after posting above t beat it on my second try starting with no boosters cuz I lost my color pom pom but when I lost my first try

I want a lucky board like Kazuohk's!!! Person makes game look so easy, my brain doesn't "see" moves like Cookie or K. Maybe because I am OLD.
