Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4548 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4548 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect waffles and licorice to complete the level.
First clear the chocolate and set free the wrap, a stripe will drop down beside the wrap so you can switch them together and hit the three stripes on the left of the board.
The licorice will be collected by the stripes that will drop continuously from the dispensers on the left every time you clear one another will drop.
Eventually if you keep clearing the licorice the keys will be collected which will unlock the waffles. The waffles can be collected fairly easily once they are unlocked, the problem is you won't have many moves left so the faster you clear the licorice and keys the better chance you have of completing the level.
A quick way to clear this level is to get two colourbombs together if you can. This will collect all the licorice and keys at the same time and then you just have to concentrate on collecting the waffles, which should be fairly easy.

I've been on this level for days and have only released the waffles once. That was on my last move. By far one of the most boring and frustrating levels I've seen in a while. Sometimes I haven't even cleared the chocolate and just quit because it's useless to continue. Need triple the moves, no chocolate or less licorice! Obviously a level designed to slow people down or make them buy boosters or just make them delete the game. I'm leaning towards the last option.
I wrote the comment above. Went back to the game, used a color bomb and watched an ad getting me another color bomb. Started the game and the two sprinkle bombs were next to each other. I switched them together and won the game. Literally one move. I hadn't written 'posting for luck' but that's why people do!
Don’t waste your time waiting for lucky double colour bomb during game. Go to 3711 and get them, and then job done in seconds. MM

I’ve never seen an ad to watch to get a color bomb. I’ve played this 100 or more times. Only have released waffles few times and that was with only couple moves left. I don’t get stripes every time. That’s the problem. Make direct match under dispenser and only regular drop
That's it I'm leaving cc no chance of ever passing this level 😡😡😡😡 takes too many moves to clear left side and so much chocolate that grows so quick well done to those that have managed this level but I can't see how it's done unles a very very lucky board

By the time I'm able to clear the left side, I only have a few or no moves left to get the waffles.
I also noticed that we can no longer restart a game to make a reset. Upon restarting a game lately, all of the candies are in the exact same place! Is this just me or doesn't anyone else notice this? I noticed this a few weeks ago. I'm playing on a PC.

Yes I’m also unable to reset the game and move the candies. Can’t play easier levels to grow the bot either. Very frustrating
This one sure is BS if you only had to clear the keys it would be good . But no such thing they had to through in the others . I have only managed to clear the keys once then there was one move left to get rid of 30 candies . No incentive to play at all . Because they never change any level.

Tried and tried without boosters..finally gave up my only speckled ball and another one fell beside it and took out the licorice and had plenty of moves to finish it off.

I took a three week hiatus after deciding I was wasting too much time playing. Came back and am finding the frustrations are just as bad. Staying with it for a bit longer in the hopes that there might be something I’m not understanding in order to beat this level.

frustrating level, I d on't see any adds to watch. Also, at the end of 5 games I get booster with 15 minutes of whatever the booster is but I have to wair 30 miu\nutes to get another live. Another one of Kings schemes. Thanks a lot.

Firstly, for those asking about watching ads to gain boosters, this only happens on my android devices, never on my laptop. You definitey get less perks playing on a laptop. Secondly, this level was driving me nuts, with the same problems which others have spoken about above and I was stuck on it for ages. Really, the only way to pass this level is to either use 3 lollipop hammers straightaway to collect the keys in order for the waffles to drop or, as I did, use a UFO booster if you have one. The UFO booster cleared the keys for me and most of the liquorish in one fell swoop and I passed it with lots of moves to spare.

Absolutely rediculous! What a sham this game is. I’m sick of King controlling this stupid game. Gotta find a more meaningful way to spend my time. Just downloaded a few games that require skill and not be bound to a game controlled by King. I will never download another King game. Ever!

Oh...c’mon this is ridiculous, moves reduce to 28, and the key go down step by step, it takes forever to wait the key down to bottom And finally only one move left to clear 30 waffles??

The video above was completed with one move left. Now there are 3 less moves to start with which means the board showed in the video could not be completed with the number of moves available now. Further, the video shows a lucky board with colors bombs and stripes cascading and forming out of nowhere. As always, you either need to spend money and buy boosters and additional moves, or wait for that lucky board.
Forget about collecting keys the way Cookie says. Not enough moves. There are 2 ways to beat this level: either you have enough hammers to strike the keys right from the start or patiently create two colourbombs side by side. I had to use this second strategy and finished with plenty of moves left. Good luck!

Here we go again the king cheats have done it again! Can anyone explain why I ALWAYS need 30 waffles after every try on this level!
Don’t matter how I play I always end up with the same outcome. I suppose I’ll have to give up or wait for king cheat to get bored with me replaying over and over.

After 5 days of struggle I finally passed. Key to this was being able to clear the chocolate in the first 2 moves. Then I concentrated on getting stripes or wraps from the dispenser in the lower section. Fortunately I was able to arrange 2 stripe/wrap combos that helped eliminate the blockers on the left and expose the keys. With 8 moves remaining I was able to concentrate on the waffles and succeeded on the final play. Best of luck and concentrate on clearing the chocolate as early as possible.
This level is an absolute joke, I’ve got the waffles once and that was with one move remaining! Boring boring boring sort it out King 😡😡

I clear the chocolate quickly usually. But getting the keys take all my moves. No moves left for the waffles. Cookie won this level in 30 moves, it took every move to win for cookie. The moves were reduced to 28 so even cookie would not be able to pass this level so video is of no use now.
Didn't even get close until 2 sprinkles on 2nd go. Cleared all the left then right cleared very quickly. Just a lucky board again.
Cleared the chocolate as much as I could then used the UFO. It removed the keys and I was able to clear the waffles and still had moves to spare.
Probably sound like a broken record, but I don’t mind being stuck if there’s an interesting board, or different strategies to try, feeling like you are nearly there. This is just a ridiculous level, and really boring.

One week, no boosters, not even remotely close. The most insanely boring level that may just see me rid this utter time wasting cr*p once and for all.
Unbelievable I passed on first try after getting a color bomb on last level finally passing that one. I added another color bomb booster and managed to get them together. Only way it could be done.
Fed up with this level, impossible, I use all my moves clearing the licorice and collecting keys, no moves left to collect waffles. Tried using two colour bombs but they are never side by side. Waiting to pass this level when King decides to give me the algorithm board!
