Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4588 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4588 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a score level and the score may change in the future so you will have to check on your own game to see what score you need to complete the level.
The only way to get anywhere near the score needed is to make colourbombs and use them to clear bombs. Unfortunately there are no bombs on the board to begin with so you need to get them dropping by clearing the waffles or licorice in the bottom or right sections of the board. You need a bit of luck to get bombs dropping as it is just as likely that you will get more licorice since this drops from the same dispenser as the bombs.
Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the bottom and right sections to get the bombs dropping. Once the bombs are on the board look for colourbombs whenever possible and use them to clear the bombs, this will give you the score needed.

Horrible. Very hard to reach the score even with extra moves. I used an hammer to destroy a bomb to complete the score but no points were accounted😩

Did in a few goes. Main thing is to get the colour bomb on right unlocked. Target was 230,000. MM
No luck. I’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to work. Really fed up with this game now & Candy Crush. It states at the beginning of the game’Time to relax’ that’s a joke!! It has stressed me out big time!!
I used a color bomb booster to beat the level. didn't get to switch it with any candy before it exploded but somehow made enough points.
It sure would be great if the color bombs actually dropped out to give you a flippin chance at it!

Do not use a double color bomb combo to start. It will waste the color bomb in the center of the waffles. You won’t get many points from it.

Crap level. Unlocked the color bomb and nothing major happened. Have no clue how to win this level.
How I beat it. At the end with a low score I chose to combine a stripe and wrap and leave the color bomb. Color bomb exploded and took out a bunch of candys. 2nd color bomb formed and when that exploded raised my score.

I can't even get close.only one time have I been aver 100k, and that was lucky cascades. How do you get enough bombs to make this level work?
If we were earning points by hitting licorice we might have a chance of getting enough points.
There are waaaaay tooooo many licorice dropping.
I've only seen 2 or 3 bombs in any of the many times I've tried to beat this level.

I shut down CAndy Crush for a while.
When I opened it just now I have been dumped out of 4588 and have to play 4587, which I already completed (after days of playing).
Has anyone had this happen?
Does CC do anything to 'fix' it and let us move to the level we should be playing?

Wow, by the date of the comments being March and its now June I'm guessing you passed it but haven't left any tips on how to beat this level in this what this blog is for leaving tips not just bitching. All right I'm going to give it to go with a cup of color bombs already have from Buy all right can give me a friendly board please I'm not getting any help from this blog except from cookie
21 moves beat it on 1st try. Easiest level i played in a while. color bombs were plentiful answers few colored candies on the board. I had 15 moves left when I beat the board which over 300,000 points
Finally passed this level and the only advice i have is you have to just keep playing until you get that lucky board. There was no skill involved and i didn't use any boosters

This is ridiculous! I have played so many times and only got over a hundred thousand once which was still way off the required score. Such an unfair and frustrating level, time to take a break from the stress!
