Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4604 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4604 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect licorice and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The main focus should be on trying to clear the spawner in the middle of the board as this will give you the chance to clear the jelly in this section of the board. While you are working on this you can be clearing the jelly from the perimeter of the board as this is only single thickness. Use the wrapped candies from the dispenser at the top of the board to hit the spawner as many times as possible until it is gone.
Once the spawner is gone you will be able to see what jellies are left to clear.
You won't have any trouble collecting the licorice as this will be collected as you work on clearing the jelly.

I was able to pass on my first attempt with one bot entry booster (color bomb). The limited number of colors works in your favor on this board, make special candies and work a path to the spawner, detonate a wrapped candy or wrapped + wrapped candy combination near the spawner, and strike the spawner with ranged attacks from the striped candies coming from those dispensers (or ones that you form). If you can make a color bomb combination with any special candy, it should help with the spawner, blockers, and jelly collection. Once the spawner is gone, make space by clearing the center blockers, and finish off the remaining jelly. It's not easy, but should not be very difficult for players that have gotten this far. Why am i not surprised by only three comments in 2020? Following the players After examination, most players were fed up, So, they dont play it anymore. Seems CC is sleeping and still hope players Will by boosters, only fanatic players Will buy, stupid, boosters Will not help you. Most of the time you dont get your boosters. Wake up!

Any point in asking for a lucky board? Superstitious I know but skill has nothing to do with it anymore. Unreal.
Aaaaarrrrggghhh this is ridiculous. Nearly 100 things to blast, hardly any moves and I'm actually getting further away from finishing than yesterday. So annoyed.

I agree with most of the above posts. This level is not fun. 19 moves are not enough. It's no wonder all my friends have quit playing. It doesn't do any good to rant on this page, but I'm ranting anyway! King.....you're losing players in droves!
