Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4613 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4613 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect waffles and licorice to complete the level.
There is nothing complicated about this level, you just need to try to make as many combos as possible, especially stripe/wrap combos as these will clear licorice and waffles at the same time. There are fishing floats on the board and the fish from these will help collect some of the orders needed, hit the floats with a combo for most fish.

This is tough. I have zero boosters. I've been playing for two days and usually have double-digits for BOTH orders left when game is over. I see where the licorice falls, but sometimes I am left wasting moves elsewhere on the board because I'm waiting for more licorice to fall and only candies are dropping. I've used the mystery check-mark at the beginning of the game, but doesn't seem to make a dent. Try to work from the bottom of the board and the sides to open things up, but really...most people already know that. Good luck.
Though not having boosters had some good combos and with 2 moves left only 2 liquorices... But both 2 moves not one single liquorice fell, only normal candies (same like cedarberry wrote)
Uff, finally... Started with CB from Rami and could build a stripe next to it which opened nicely. And could do twice a stripe wrap combo in the middle and those fishes helped much. Needed all moves, but weirdly not the liquorice, but the waffles were (almost) a problem.

Tough level. Cookie's tips are spot on. I passed it last night in two attempts before looking at the blog today. Make combinations of special candies, use them to strike the fishing floats, licorice, and waffles. A striped + wrapped combination near the center of the board or a color bomb with a striped candy seem to be the most effective moves on this level. Crap boring tedious level tried using all boosters all combos never ever got down to single numbers....impossible guess just got to wait and play unroll the exclusive lucky board appears

I’m totally over these levels that are nothing but luck! This level is ridiculous. Can’t even get close to winning with the allotted moves.
I get that a hard level is ‘hard’ but let’s get real. Quarantined and playing A LOT for 2 days and still not close to winning. I need to find another pass time.
I am so done with this game, they are ridiculously hard and impossible to pass. You have given unlimited play but what is the point if you are stuck for days playing the same boring game. I agree with other comments this game is not fun any more, due to self isolation I am playing longer than usual but with no boosters I cannot see me getting through this game any time soon. Asking for a LUCKY BOARD please before I look elsewhere for my entertainment.

Two questions for CC. Why do you make iT So difficult for your players? Next question, are you agree that players fed up with your game and looking for more bettet, no stress games and more funny games? The choice is yours. I already find relax games to play.

As i say, hopeless level to play. Who is not done by the cc game? For me, i Am done , i only collect free boosters every day, for the rest, CC does not any interest for me. If cc is gone tomorrow i donteven care. Mabey betterfor most players.

Horrible level - you have to collect impossible number of items - you know half way in the game, you are not going to finish. Boring! This one could take years to finish - just feels like it. Need lots of luck! Help!

You always have hope for the next level and even when it's no to a hard level it still disappoints. Not getting decent combos til the last few moves. Any combos I do make don't even dent the ingredients. Makes me want to cry!!

I just don’t understand why the makers of this game feel the need to keep you on a level for days at a time. There is no strategy to pass these levels. You just have to wait for them to give you the pass. I can’t offer any help because nothing works. They have so many fun side games and you can’t get to them because you can’t complete the level. This is getting more and more frustrating and less and less fun.

Have been stuck here for 5 days. I have played over 100 times and not even getting close. I am getting 30 extra plays to continue with the game when I run out of moves. That's not going to help either. Where is this lucky board I keep hearing about?

I think that the key to passing the level is in making combos, especially the wrap/stripe variety. But it is very difficult to do this three times in one game, which is what I think I would need to clear everything. And maybe it would take four. Unless something develops I will be here a long time.
Again with the advice to simply use special combos. How does one acquire them when the board won't drop any special candy needed? I have used all my boosters and don't have enough gold bars to buy more. I refuse to spend money on purchasing more. Sooooo, I'm posting for luck yet again.

I’m onto day 2 of this level now and it’s mind numbingly boring with no end on the horizon. I’ve used all my boosters and there’s no way to earn any until the nightly spin thing. I don’t mind a challenge but this is just a lingering pain in the neck. I seriously need a lucky board here please.
