Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4619 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4619 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a straightforward jelly level with locked cells to make things harder.
To begin with you can only make moves in the top right section and you should try to make combos there to collect the key at the bottom of the board and also to clear some of the waffles on the left which will allow more keys to drop.
The keys only drop one at a time and they will unlock stripes down the middle part of the board. The stripes are useful, but the best way to clear this level is by making colourbombs and switching them with a stripe or a wrap to clear as many blockers as you can in as few moves as possible.
As with all jelly levels the more combos you can make the better chance you will have of passing the level. Blast away with everything you have got and add a little bit of luck to complete this very hard level.

I've been stuck here for a while now, too. It seems that there just are not enough moves to allow us to clear the board.
Starting with Boosters, which don't help much, seems like a waste of Boosters, esp. now that they are so hard to come by.
The stripe dispenser is not overly generous with dispensing stripes either.

Have been playing this level many times today but not even get close, always run out of move. It’s easy to say “make colorbombs to clear the jellies” but in fact very hard to make colorbombs even to combine stripe and wrap candies always blown before i can switch and combine them. And always lesssss moves
This is horrible level ever!!. very restricted board and impossible to create combos, so it means impossible for us to finish this level.
This is absolutely impossible, hv been stucked on this level, and not even getting closer. Impossible to clear all the jellies with restricte board and limited moves. The video shown a very lucky board and easily combined combos but in fact we never get that such a board. So how can we pass this level???
Im done with this game, the more we try the more impossible board we get. So ridiculous!! How many times we hv to play to pass the same level? What the fun of this game if we hv to repeat again again and again. I hv no idea why CC makes this game more horrible than before? Just to get the money. Im done !!! Delete this game forever

COOKIE'S TIPS are spot on-----just need that elusive LUCKY BOARD already. Frustrated with CC & blowing money on dumb ass boosters & moves since CC took away extras. I am old & don't have Kaz or Cookies skills to see many moves ahead. YA, I know I am whining BUT CC take some pity on us seniors.

Mmm another crap level along with all other crap levels. Don’t matter how many tries or how many tactics I use with or without boosters I still need 49 on my last try! Cookie says use all boosters and sprinkles to multi zap choc and jelly. Yeah right I never get sprinkles and when one randomly does appear it explodes before i can line it up with a wrap or stripe.
One more day to try and that’s it I’m done with the cheating. Also I’m fed up with the begging bowl of trying to make you buy time or boosters!

Not much to add to the comments above. Once I got to needing 5 jelly to break and 4 moves left. But without any hammers I stayed the same in the end. Very difficult to be sure.
