Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4640 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4640 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it unless you are very lucky. This is a dual task level, you have to collect all the cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level.
To begin with you need to collect the keys to unlock the stripe dispensers at the top of the board, but if you can make special candies or combos while you are doing that better still. The final key will unlock the colourbomb at the top of the board. If you can collect the middle key first you may be able to make a colourbomb and save it near the middle so that once you have unlocked the colourbomb on the board you can switch them together.
The multi hit crystal candies at the bottom of the board have waffles underneath them and all these have to be cleared to allow the cherries to drop through the exits. Once the cherries begin to be cleared it gets much easier to clear the remaining jelly as the board will be very open and with only 4 colours on the board it gets very easy to make special candies and combos.

I finally got it by adding CB and stripe/wrap boosters, board opened with CB next to stripe for my first move, perhaps a lucky board as well, done with 7 extra moves, whew!

Seems like a straight forward level however having to clear all at the bottom makes it seem impossible. Takes too many hits. Very frustrating.

I played level 4625-4638 without losing a life, so I assume I am not the worst player. Still I am 2 days now on this level and don't have the faintest clue how to solve it, even with boosters the best result was double-digit (like "CB + Wrap in color of most of the keys" did not work). And if I manage to break through at least 4-5 columns, I always run out of time. At the moment, I am helpless. Pfl.

Wanted to move on. It worked with
+ starting with full load of boosters from my stack
+ 1 hammer and 1 switch for building 2 times a CB-stripe combo

+ 1 hammer for an almost exploding bomb in the middle of the game bit to lose everything
+ precious last ufo from the sticker game when I had 10 moves left to be on the safe side (did in fact destroy the rest)
I have zero boosters ! No chance of me passing this stupid level anytime soon !

I actually can’t take this game anymore. So many impossible levels and when you do get through them they give you a couple of easy ones for teasers, getting to 4640 I would say is pretty good, time to enjoy summer and get off this game! Farewell everyone and good luck! 🙌
Too many extra hard levels lately, challenge is gone out of game. Now its just down to waiting for a lucky board to appear and that's not really winning a level.
Without any boosters it's just impossible, played this level over 100 times and never got remotely close, laters!

I have no idea how to beat this level.....several times I have manage to get two Color Bombs together.....nada....zilch....Come on CC...

I got through by using a ufo. Rest was easy, good luck.
Wasted my ufo to finish off another level i was sick of playing and I refuse to spend money...so i guess I'll just play this f'n ridiculous level 1000 more times until i get lucky board because that's what it takes..no skill
Up to 3000 times and still haven't even come close...if I could even come close, I'm desperate enough i maybe would spend my hard earned money
I DID IT W\O SPENDING MONEY!!! started with a fish and color bomb and made sure most of the keys were the same color as the one next to the color bomb..and for some reason it did give me a lot of fish

Passed first time with 21 moves left. Did use fish and bot. Started with CB next to stripe. Bombs are deadly. When got down to final count on bomb, did use the space booster. That was the key. After that easy to clear.

When i have extra bars and I spend for extra moves, I never get the moves. I'll get a hammer or sprinkle when I NEED extra moves. King Riggs the game.

Had color bombs together a few times...getting tired of this level...tried other boosters...two hours of free color bombs...tired of getting timed boosters that can't even be used on the game you are playing. Nearly impossible without lots of boosters! I am improving; at least getting down into the bottom of the board. Even if I can clear crystal boxes, there are waffles underneath. So, probably not really close at all. Waiting for a lucky board.
Finally got through it. No tips beyond what has already been said. Best chance is to clear keys asap. It takes combos to get into the bottom of the board. It is awful! In fact the whole episode was one nightmare after the other. Hopefully the next will be more reasonable.

How can this be solved without boosters and no boosters are available anymore from King. So we keep playing and waiting for King to give us a lucky board. There is no other way but your way. Please give us some way to win boosters. And then maybe we will have a chance on this board!
I have no idea how it is possible to pass this level! I have not even seen one Cherry and I have been playing for days so I have no idea how I will ever be able to take care of 6 Cherries. Lucky board pse! Too difficult, and the video always shown a very lucky board, many times got combination of colorbombs and stripe candies but our board is completely different. So tired playing this game, not excited anymore. Not excited to win the level or the race, too many hard levels which is impossible to be finished
And even i got combination of colorbombs and stripe candies but the stripe always change to horizontal stripes which is mean useless to clear below jellies, so unfair! Now no boosters can help, so it means ne need to spend money in this game

I finally got this level and left the next one for the next day and it brought me back to the same one. WTF!!!
Cookie's tips are good BUT Kazuohk plays too damn fast to be of any help. Wish would slow down--WE all know Kazuohk is a PRO--so quit showing off.

This is now made completely impossible. All tips and tricks talk about 81 jellies and 40 cherries. The jellies are now 163 and during three weeks or more I did not get closer than having at least 15 jellies and some 10 cherries left. And there is absolutely no reason to buy booster because what is left is spread all over the place.
Also more and more levels take more than a week to pass. In any other game you can play and hope to get to the top. whith this it is completely impossible. I have calculated that if I want to get to the again (which I was back in 2012) then i would have to play day and night without interruption for 96 years.
After having played this game since 2010 I am now really getting fed up.

There have been some maddening levels, but this one takes the cake - there seems no way to complete it. I've been playing for a week and haven't even come close.
