Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4656 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4656 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level and it doesn't have many moves so it is important that you don't waste any.
The first priority is to clear the cake in the left section of the board, this needs to be done in less than 8 moves or you won't have enough left to clear the jelly once it is gone.
Besides the lack of moves if you leave the cake more than a few moves the chocolate will grow along the bottom and you won't get any more candies dropping close to the cake. For this reason it is a good idea to clear the right side of the cake first if you have a choice as this is where the candies will be blocked first by the chocolate.
Once the cake is cleared look out for the 5 move bombs on the right, they are just as likely to kill the game as running out of moves.
Treat the level like a normal jelly level once the cake is gone, which means making special candies and combos to blast the jelly wherever it remains.

I struggled with this level - found the number of moves to be the biggest problem. The chocolate and the difficult to reach jelly made me think that adding a fish booster would be helpful. It generally was, but still had to spin extra moves after watching an ad upon initially failing the level for the fourth time. Cookie's tips are correct, but difficult to accomplish because of the mentioned level limitations (number of moves, chocolate, number of jellies and tricky to reach locations of some of them). Thankful to have finished the level, and OK with using boosters and needing additional moves due to how difficult it was - hopefully, you find it easier to complete. Started with two color bombs. Cleared the cake within 4 moves. Was able to clear the jelly with one move left and a bomb about to explode (thanks to one hammer)! Not easy with the amount of moves available without the help of boosters.
Used a fish booster and managed to combine it with a wrap near the end, which finished it off

King has really done it this time. Now the multi layered chocolate spreads all layers at the same time to a space in one move across the bottom instead of one layer at a time like it does in the right column. And King also reduced the number of moves as well. Another shameful money grab by King.
Can be easy enough with the right moves. Otherwise with not so many moves to start with makes this game 'Hard!' I'm surprised it wasn't rated Hard. I've little boosters left so finding it more difficult to clear.
If you've got the boosters and more videos to watch then that does help. But if no videos to wstch and only gold bars instead, if you have any, then this can delay you getting through it.
No sense in wasting time looking at the video. 115 blocks now from 57. Not enough moves with 4 colors in such a small area. Just telling it like it is.
The video has 17 moves & mine has 15 two less but with the bombs i cannot make special candies, need some help please.
