Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4666 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4666 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to clear the two cakes as well as collect chocolate and waffles.
The chocolate is on the board at the start of the level, but the waffles will only drop when the cakes are destroyed as the cakes are holding back the waffles.
Make stripe/wrap combos and colourbomb combos and drop them down to the bottom of the board where they can be used to clear the cakes, as you are working on clearing the cakes the chocolate should be collected without too much trouble. Even if there is chocolate left on the board when you clear the cakes the blast from them will clear any remaining chocolate.
The waffles are fairly easy to clear once they drop onto the board and only need a few moves to collect enough to complete the orders. So don't worry if you are running out of moves when the cakes are destroyed.

Achieved on first attempt. 2 choc balls side by side helped! I was worried about the fact that I had a lot of waffles to collect - 17 with 2 moves after the cakes had been destroyed, but the cascades that followed took care of all 17!
The inability to reset is making this level VERY difficult.

Unless I can get some help on this one, I'm finally quitting. Not enough moves, too hard for me.
