Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4690 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4690 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect yellow candies to complete the level. The yellow candies are provided by the lucky candies which drop from the dispensers on each side of the board once the chocolate is out of the way.
The spawners need to be cleared as well as the chocolate because if you leave the spawners in place they will cover the candies with marmalade and this will block your moves. You can't clear the spawners by making matches beside them because of the candy canes, so you need to hit them with combos or wrapped candies as many times as you can until they explode.
As you are clearing the spawners with combos you will also be clearing the chocolate which will allow the lucky candies to drop.
Once the lucky candies begin to drop don't waste moves switching them together unless you have no choice, keep making combos as especially colourbombs which you can use to change the lucky candies and once they change to yellows they should match themselves and be collected.

Challenging, but fun level. I passed on my first attempt before viewing the blog, with the benefit of two bot boosters (color bomb and wrapped/striped). Follow Cookie's tips, make special candies and combine them. Striped + wrapped, wrapped + wrapped, or any color bomb combination clear away the most blockers and convert the most lucky (check mark) candies into yellow candies. I reiterate Cookie's tip to not manually match the yellow candies unless you must, it consumes a move and you need to use them efficiently to collect all the yellow candies required to pass the level. They are typically collected with the special candy combinations. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!

Really King, There are just not enough Moves to make IT possible to collect that number of yellow candides.
Tried many times but no luck, even had full bot a few times, just not enough moves

Closest I’ve gotten is 12 remaining ingredients... this should be a hard level.

I get lots of CB'S and other special candies but they just explode in ongoing cascades. I don't get to strategize at all.

Once again, the goal posts have been moved!! This example shows 35 moves but now we only have 28, making the level so much harder! It’s so unfair! No wonder people who played last year said it was fun and straightforward!!

This is a super hard level, but it’s fun to play. I really don’t mind being stuck when it feels like fun to play. As you can see from the video, even with 7 more moves than we have now. You still need a lot of luck!! But it’s not so bad waiting for the lucky board. I don’t think that there’s many boosters you could use that would help?
It like being on a never ending road with this level. Loads of colour balls and stripes but they get nowhere. The colour ball explodes by itself so that's not much use either. Need a lucky board please king.
