Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4709 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4709 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect 50 waffles to complete the level. The waffles are on the board at the start of the game so you need to clear some of the marmalade to get the waffles and wrapped candies dropping to where they can be cleared.
Make stripe/wrap combos and use them to clear the marmalade, especially in the middle of the board as these are covering wrapped candies. Once the wrapped candies in the middle of the board, and the ones at the bottom, are unlocked from the marmalade the wrapped candies will drop from the dispensers at the bottom and through the portals into the middle part of the board. Once in the middle of the board the wraps can be used to clear the waffles. Switch two together for the best results.
A double wrap combo is likely to collect most of the waffles you need to complete the level.

Another crazy level. Not classified as hard, but harder than many, many of its predecessors which are supposed to be hard or impossibly hard.
I'm pretty sure some of these posters have never played the levels they post on

My board only have 21 moves but hv to collect 66 waffles, why this game is so unfair? Always reduce the moves and multiply the difficulties
C’mon this is impossible without lucky board i can only clear 20 waffles so far, so ridiculous. Why Cc always change the board?

This level does not look the same as what my iPad is showing as 4709. My game looks completely different and I can’t get past it and I’ve been here for three weeks
Again my game is NOT the same as Cookies 4709--CCKing developers STOP IT. Unfair the levels are hard enough without getting COOKIE'S tips & video.

Now 66 waffles from 21 moves. Typical buy extra moves level. Really tired of these.
Got it after 3 tries by luckily getting 2 wraps together (pure luck, no skill) on the first layer of waffles under the main board. The main thing that seemed to help was to try to make moves on the left side of the board to get wraps and stripes down to that level
